  1. Our defense & OL make the Bengals look better than they are.
  2. Like the Ravens against the very same Bengals in the WC Round?
  3. Still considerably more than the Dolphins averaged with Thompson at QB
  4. The mighty Bengals offense put up 17 points and <250 yards against BAL in the entire game, basically what they did in the 1st half against Frazier's fraud defense last week.
  5. Phucked by Phrazier Bengal Beatdown
  6. Yes, need a new scapegoat.
  7. I can't disagree with OP more. The Cinci offense was impotent against BAL in the WC round, and in Week 18. Last week was the best they looked since their first 1.5 drives in Week 17...against the Bills. Yeah, the offense was crap today, but the defense is hot trash, as they generally are in big spots. Let's face it - offenses know what they're facing against the Bills. All this talk about continuity, players knowing the defense, etc. ....how many huge plays did the defense allow this year? Hell, this defense allowed Zach Friggin' Wilson to complete 72% of his passes earlier this season. In many ways, :13 was a red herring, as far as Frazier was concerned. The defense looked utterly hopeless and toothless in the drives preceding and succeeding the ":13" sequence, much the way they looked in the playoffs against KC in '21 and the Texans in the 2nd half/OT in '20. Yet, the focus and spotlight remains on the squib kick decision. The defense cost the Bills a playoff win and 2 3rd round picks that day - after that, there was NO CHANCE of anyone hiring Frazier as a HC. Frazier can't be gone soon enough.
  8. Is it really recency bias with Frazier, though? Look at the defensive stats in the last 4 playoff losses for the Bills.
  9. Because Allen and the offense were able to overcome the ineptitude and predictability of Frazier.
  10. I disagree with that. I wanted him gone more than you do.
  11. Nick Bolton, Sneed, Karlaftis, Moore
  12. And celebrating like a doofus.
  13. The loss to KC in 2020 showed us that our OL and DL sucked. Two seasons later, this loss showed us that our OL and DL still suck.
  14. No way. How do you sell him to your fanbase? "Hey fans, ignore the playoff chitshows, like :13, and the Bengal Boatrace - just look at the regular season PPG allowed! That's what really matters!" I didn't saw that they were the reason we lost - I said that the defense has played poorly in each playoff loss. For that matter, the defense played poorly in 2 of the playoff wins as well.
  15. Watson completed 80% of his passes, with no INTs, and had a 121.2 passer rating. Taiwan Friggin Jones had a crucial 34-yard reception. Mahomes 'only' completed 76% of his passes, with 325 yards and 3 TD. Over 100 rushing yards allowed. 60% 3rd down conversion rate. Are these passable defensive performances?
  16. very similar to the KC game in '20. Same issues 2 years ago as today.
  17. What did you think of the defense against KC in the '20 and '21 playoffs, and against Houston in the second half/OT in '19?
  18. No accountability for their bosses (the coordinators), so why should the players be accountable?

  20. Man, people still find a way to defend the defense, albeit in a backhanded manner,
  21. Disagree with the bolded. I thought that the KC offense did as they pleased in the 2020 playoff game.
  22. Agreed. Not sure that he'll ever be 'the guy', though. Felt like at the end of last season, he was ahead of Jaelan Phillips. Phillips, IMO, took a big leap this season, and Rousseau did not.
