  1. Straughn is the main guy with the Team Takeover ties, I thought
  2. It's funny to me that a lot of people who beat their chests about their football knowledge and game tape study are either ignoring this thread or aren't willing to submit a list of players, as suggested by OP.
  3. Didn't Autry say as much in his introductory press conference?
  4. So theoretically, the defense could be more aggressive with McDermott calling plays and game planning?
  5. For those who say that this is all McDermott's defense: if that is the case, then Frazier's absence (or presence, for that matter) will make no difference, correct?
  6. Yeah, so does Beane.
  7. If he comes at a reasonable price, I'm in. The draft should be all about OT, WR and S. Leonard Floyd may also be released
  8. it'd be interesting to look back at some of the threads the week after the GB game.
  9. Davis was one of 42 receivers with more than 93 regular season targets last season. Among those 42 receivers, he was: - last in receptions (48) - last in catch percentage (51.6%) - 30th in receiving yards (836) - 36th in catches that resulted in first downs (35) - tied for 12th in TD receptions (7) He had 3 or fewer catches in 10/15 of his regular season games. 10. Why no Head Coach interviews this off-season? what about the chaplain?
  11. Bolton is 5'11". No way that the Bills brass would have drafted him - he doesn't 'disrupt passing lanes' like Edmunds does. Never mind that Bolton has a nose for the ball, and is a sideline-to-sideline demon. Disruption of passing lanes is what really matters!
  12. pretty sure that Clark was in the neutral zone after the play clock hit :00
  13. The crazy thing to me is that there are people here who will not blame the defense for the KC loss last year. Never mind the squib kick - what did the defense do on the two plays following? What did the defense do in the drive immediately preceding :13, and in OT? It's hard to take those people seriously.
  14. You stated that the Bills' defensive scheme is not a recipe for success in the playoffs, but take issue with other fans for being critical of the scheme?
  15. Sounds like Hall wanted to move on.
  16. That rant didn't really address either of the questions I've posed in this thread.
  17. Was Salgado's contract up?
  18. Then why, other than being a Carolina retread, is Eric Washington still employed by the team?
  19. Agree that he’s not worth $14 million. But I couldn’t help but laugh when I saw that his season high in rushing yards was against the Bills.
  20. Not surprisingly, he had his best rushing output this past season against the Bills D
  21. Except for Zach Wilson earlier this season
  22. Plenty of ST blunders this season too. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2022/12/29/23529690/buffalo-bills-special-teams-breakdowns-blocked-punt-nyheim-hines-fair-catch Teflon Leslie walked away unscathed after :13, though. Just as bad as the :13 defensive sequence were the immediately preceding and succeeding defensive possessions. But, I guess those weren't at all actionable...not like the stakes were 20x than in a random Week 10 game.
  23. Do you think that if :13 seconds had never happened, Farwell still would have been fired?
