  1. Such a pre-Madonna post.
  2. According to Pro Bowl voting, he’s comparatively better than Benford, Bernard, Spencer Brown, Rapp and Rousseau
  3. Poyer will be free after today.
  4. What lesson will that teach us? This has been a recurring issue, spanning a few seasons
  5. Hell, I’d settle for just an average defense
  6. Unfortunately, Taron, Benford and Douglas are very grabby and handsy.
  7. Agreed with this post in general, except that I do think it’s part personnel and part scheme
  8. It would help if he had receivers who were able to get open consistently.
  9. WRs really struggling today, and Kincaid has been…Kincaid
  10. lol, he turned the guy’s hips. followed up with a missed tackle
  11. Defense is fine! At least that’s what I’ve read here the past 2 weeks. Maye is pitching a “perfect game”, just like Stafford and Goff did.
  12. Allowing nearly 70% completion percentage since the Houston game.
  13. Even at the time, I thought that Campbell's decision to go with an onsides kick with 12:00 left, and the Lions down 10, was dumb. I don't think that Campbell is particularly bright, and tries too hard sometimes to live up to his 'tough guy' image. Probably not a popular take here, but I'll be rooting against the Lions from here on out. Scummy players like Branch, Joseph and Patrick can GFT. After the 3rd down play where Branch interfered (no call, of course) with Hollins in the EZ, Branch, Arnold and another one of their fellow scrub DBs (who had been repeatedly torched all game long) were talking junk to Hollins, while their teammate was writhing on the ground in pain....Hollins pointed to the injured Lion, seemingly saying "look, you idiots, your teammate is seriously injured". Seemed like a lot of "me first", "look at me" type players on that team.
  14. Maybe they were going to run the tush push from the 1 from shotgun? I mean, I suppose that is possible. The pass was called with 2:59 left. A run takes the clock down to around 2:10, and a run on 3rd down takes the clock down to 2:00. Ultimately, it didn't make a difference. Thankfully, Campbell was in his full meathead glory today.
  15. I'm not angry at all - but the defense remains a major problem, no matter how much people want to try to rationalize.
  16. No, that's not true.
  17. The shotgun formation on 3rd and goal late in the first half was brutal, as was the pass call on the last possession.

  19. Game management remains a major issue.
