But the defense didn't give us a shot in the Cinci game last year. Cinci ran a train through our defense.

what will all of the defense apologists have to say this week? Read a thread here earlier today in which a poster said that on THREE occasions this season, the offense has scored a TD with under 2:00 left, to take the lead. The Bills are 0-3 in those games. That's hard to do.

I'd want out if I was him. He knows that this franchise is spinning its wheels, and I think he just wants to win.

Not horrible, but as this thread indicates, he's quite overrated by Bills fans. Overinvestment in certain positions (RB, LB, DL) while ignoring WR, S and OL.

He and Hyde should not be on the roster next season. Same with Dodson. Have to hope for a massive rebound for Taron Johnson, as he's been brutal for most of the season. I don't know how people here - despite the evidence - make excuse after excuse for the play of the defense when trying to close out games. What will the excuses be this week? Had two opportunities to stop PHI, and came up empty....as usual.

Didn't Beane say after the draft that Williams was drafted as an OLB? Hyde was coming off of a potentially career-threatening injury, and Poyer very clearly lost a step or two last season. If Rapp was signed as a replacement for either Hyde or Poyer, it'd odd that he got only a 1-year deal. As for WR, the roster is deep from a numbers standpoint only - other than Diggs, is there a reliable, consistent WR on the roster?
