Anyone in management should understand this quote. You cannot have a successful strategy if your team members don't buy into your culture. It never worked for my teams and I've been doing it for 18 years. One bad team member can destroy your culture and in turn, destroy your strategy going forward.

How do Bills fans forget that McDermott (McClappy to some of you) took the Bills to the playoffs last season, breaking a 17 year drought?

I was wondering the same thing. It doesn't take a genius to figure out to feature the run when you have a rookie QB. That doesn't mean having your QB run the ball though.

Cut the following and take a chance on some rookies or other teams practice squad players. These guys suck: FB - Patrick Dimarco. OL - Miller. OL - McDermott. OL - Mills. QB - Peterman. WR - Holmes. WR - Benjamin. Trade Shady and Hughes for a good, young, OL that can start for Bills, but is 2nd string elsewhere. Sign a vet QB.

Cut some guys and give some other teams practice squad guys a shot? Cut Benjamin...sign Tanner Gentry. So many other guys (OL and WR) that are not going to he here in a year that could get cut.

Tyrod Taylor was his QB. This year is basically Zay's rookie year.
