Beane definitely knows how to pick front office personnel. Beane also has no ego, so top guys want to work for Beane Bills because they know they can further their careers without Beane preventing them. Beane is genuinely happy for these guys. I'm surprised that this isn't talked about more on ESPN or NFL Network.

Sean Kugler, Broncos OL coach not yet hired by TB, still looking?

Wondering if Kugler was ever the guy McDermott wanted. Maybe Munchak or another OL coach still in the playoffs? -
Andre Reed Criticizes Personnel Decisions

Any offensive player would have been worthless with Tyrod Taylor at QB. Woods + Allen would have been nice though. I wish Robey was still here too. -
I understand the conservative approach in free agency, because that's the way I felt for years. It's how the Bills have approached FA the past few years, when they didn't have cap room. After watching these games this weekend, I can plainly see the Bills will never compete with the Rams, Patriots, Chiefs, etc. by being conservative. Pay the $ to get the best OL coach and Special Teams coordinators. We are not spending a boatload on our QB, so pay the money to get a WR (Funchess), WR (T. Williams), C (Paradise), G (Glowinski), OT (D. Williams). I have no idea if that is doable salary capwise, but teams like the Rams, Chiefs, and Patriots do it every year. In the draft, get a DT, LB, CB, TE, RB, and OG. I do like re-signing Phillips, Alexander, and Mills also. I want this team to be dominant. The Bills have a good, young team, but they need some proven NFL veterans to push them to the top.

I enjoyed watching this, so I thought I'd share it with you all. He showed a lot of the same things in this game that he showed us as a Buffalo Bill. Can't wait to see him in 2019, surrounded by some new talent on offense. I read that survey and it got me thinking about the videos most of us watched after he was drafted. They are good reminders of why he's the perfect fit for this Buffalo Bills team and fan base.

Would really like to see the Chiefs continue their playoff struggles. -
Your opinion how the Bills will add to the Roster? (edited)

Speaking of big trades, what would it take to go trom 9 (Buffalo) to 5 (Tampa Bay), if Josh Allen (LB-KY) is there? Not advocating it, but just curious. Would be sweet to have Josh Allen as our top pick, after a trade up with Tampa Bay, 2 years in a row. Really want Jonah Williams OT though. -

.........and if the Bills drafted Mahomes and KC got Josh Allen in the 2018 draft, the article would go something like this: "KC wanted to trade # 22 and some picks for the rights to draft Mahomes, but they got lucky because they took Josh Allen in 2018 and he looks like a stud. Allen is putting up MVP level stats as a Rookie, with all of these awesome WRs, O-Line, RBs, and scheme while Mahomes looks terrible while throwing to his #1 receiver Zay Jones and getting hammered each play because his crappy o-line is just crappy, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th string level players....those dumb Bills should have taken KC's offer and built their team from the ground up....they were stupid dreaming that Mahomes could be good with this crappy personnel".

Denver Broncos to hire Vic Fangio as HC
PIZ replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Definitely not a bad pick, but I think Denver will be regretting it when they realize that Keenum (maybe they already do realize) is not the answer and they have no young QB in the wings. -
That would be excellent. The more QBs that go top 8, the better.

Someone from Alabama's staff or Carolina or New England? Hope they get a good one. Very important for this team's success. -

His most recent error was not drafting Josh Allen, when they needed a QB of the future. Thank you Mister Ed. -

I wonder if Vic Fangio will have the authority to fire his assistants or let them go (Kugler, Kubiak, etc.)? -
Cleveland Browns to hire Freddie Kitchens as HC
PIZ replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Perhaps Kitchens didn't want Gregg on his staff? -
Considering the offense the Bills are evolving into, is it safe to say WR draft picks will have SPEED as the #1 skill, or should HANDS be the preferred trait, because of all the drops?
