  1. Definitely not a copy of anyone else's mocks. I am no expert but I don't recall seeing DK Metcalf going that high or Josh Jacobs going to the Lions at 8. It could happen. Do you think that if Metcalf, Jacobs, and Oliver are there at 9, that they still go with Oliver? What if Oliver is gone at 8 and Metcalf and Jacobs are available at 9....do the Bills grab either?
  2. Maybe it was Beane himself who was interviewed. It works in his favor if someone is critical of it, and then he looks like the genius he is when they go to the Playoffs again. He is building competition by signing these guys, so there won't be players starting by default. The best players will win the job. One thing about Beane, is that he learns from his mistakes, and won't make the same ones again.
  3. I think we'll see a lot of this. They will target guys they want, and move up: (Bills receive): (Zay Jones): Traded a 2nd & 3rd for a higher 2nd & 5th. » 2017 second-round pick (No. 37): Zay Jones, WR, East Carolina » 2017 fifth-round pick (No. 149) -- traded to Falcons (Rams receive): » 2017 second-round pick (No. 44): Gerald Everett, TE, South Alabama » 2017 third-round pick (No. 91): John Johnson, S, Boston College --------------------------------------------------------- (Bills receive): (Dion Dawkins): Traded a 3rd, 5th, 5th for a 2nd. » 2017 second-round pick (No. 63): Dion Dawkins, OG, Temple (Falcons receive): » 2017 third-round pick (No. 75): Duke Riley, LB, LSU » 2017 fifth-round pick (No. 149): Damontae Kazee, CB, San Diego State » 2017 fifth-round pick (No. 156): Brian Hill, RB, Wyoming
  4. You look very comfortable. I am envious.
  5. It does seem like there is a bigger drop off in talent after the top 16 or so. That's why I think Beane will either stay at 9, trade up to 5 or 6, or drop down no further than 16.
  6. (Bills receive): (Zay Jones) » 2017 second-round pick (No. 37): Zay Jones, WR, East Carolina » 2017 fifth-round pick (No. 149) -- traded to Falcons (Rams receive): » 2017 second-round pick (No. 44): Gerald Everett, TE, South Alabama » 2017 third-round pick (No. 91): John Johnson, S, Boston College --------------------------------------------------------- (Bills receive): (Dion Dawkins) » 2017 second-round pick (No. 63): Dion Dawkins, OG, Temple (Falcons receive): » 2017 third-round pick (No. 75): Duke Riley, LB, LSU » 2017 fifth-round pick (No. 149): Damontae Kazee, CB, San Diego State » 2017 fifth-round pick (No. 156): Brian Hill, RB, Wyoming
  7. Heck, even our huge QB pushes them around like rag dolls.
  8. Cripes. He even runs like Welker / Edelman. Considering the Pats went to his pro day, you can bet they'll look to get him.
  9. I didn't really care until I read that. That is irritating.
  10. I guess the Titan fans forgot to buy the votes in this poll.
  11. Anything for a buck. Wonder if they could run a script to see how many votes were legit and how many (for all the brackets) were from bots or paid votes What a joke.
  12. Twitter shows that Josh won! Josh Allen......... 51%. Derrick Henry.....49%.
  13. Bills were at his Pro Day. Bills offense is about speed.
  14. All the fans from the teams that the Browns beat need to vote for the Bills. It could be ugly. Maybe get Wyoming Cowboy fans to help vote for Josh Allen's Buffalo Bills?
  15. Bills - Titans have 67,000 votes. Browns - Bears have 104,000 votes.
  16. I really think Brian Burns or Montez Sweat could be the pick if they stay at 9.
  17. I agree with you. Trade up with Tampa Bay or no trade up at all. They already have the history with TB. I think they would only trade up for Josh Allen or Nick Bosa.
  18. I think I'm on board with this. The guy is a beast.
  19. Couldn't the Bills get an equally impactful player like Devin White, Brian Burns, Montez Sweat, Jawaan Taylor, Jonah Williams, TJ Hockenstein, Rashan Gary, Christian Wilkins, Jaylen Ferguson, Noah Fant, Andre Dillard, Jeffery Simmons, Cody Ford, Johnathan Abram, Devin Bush, Clelin Ferrell, Greedy Williams, Josh Jacobs, Marquis Brown etc. if they just stayed at 9 or dropped a little? So many elite/good talent in round 1 and 2. I would rather not trade up from 9. I would rather drop a little, and use the extra picks in the trade down, to trade back up to take someone that might drop.
  20. I must be out of the loop. I have never heard of Ed Oliver being referred to as Eddie.
  21. I've been wondering about Wilkins. He doesn't seem like an Elite player. I hope we get an Elite player at 9. Maybe Wilkins is that player. I'm obviously not a scout, so who knows. It was nice that they invited the IT technician to the party. If Whaley was the GM, Oliver would be the guy we all wanted, but the Bills passed on OR the guy we wanted, but was taken 1 pick before us. If Oliver is the guy they want, I bet they get him.
