He’s been throwing a lot of hissy fits this game but they always cut away pretty quick lol he was whining on that second INT play
-
The bias is getting so obvious…Hendrickson was getting held all game long and they can’t even hold him anymore despite their best efforts haha
-
He wanted a facemask and knowing the track record of these chiefs dbs he was probably correct…oh seeing the replay looked like mcduffie added a bit late there
-
The chiefs wouldn’t have gone for 2 which they missed…they would’ve just kicked the xp to go up 1 if the bengals didn’t miss
-
That was the right call but the weak illegal contact against Kelce that got called to overturn that first int was a little suspicious
-
He’s the mvp of the team the last year plus by a considerable margin but the average football watcher only cares about offense so we mostly hear about mahomes
-
They were just the healthiest team for that afc playoff run…they don’t feel like they stand alone on their own tier anymore
-
Its getting absurd…no penalties on their oline in Superbowls, interceptions consistently wiped out
-
The wind was not helping…both teams allowed pretty big returns in that direction
-
I feel like they’ve got worst team in the league potential
-
No idea why he didn’t take off there
-
They thought mcduffie pulled Chase down and he 100% didn’t
-
Yep that’s definitely true
-
Feels like the secondary has been great but Kyler broke contain a lot to extend drives against us which kept the game close. if their defense steps up they could be a really scary team

Andy Reid’s first Super Bowl win was like 20 years into his head coaching career lol his prior team gave up on him after one bad season where he was missing one of the best offensive tackles in the league and his starting qb for a big chunk of the season. Reid is literally evidence for why McDermott should have a longer leash not shorter imo, eagles gave up on him far too soon. Steelers have an absolute stud that can take over a game, he’s just on defense which nobody cares about for some reason. An average coach would have that team going .500 without that much trouble. And when that guy is out, they almost always lose. I’d argue Reid is a great example of why you shouldn’t give up on a perennially good coach too soon, and Tomlin is a great example of why you shouldn’t keep a coach too long just because he won a superbowl years ago

Definitely agree and this is more devils advocate than anything, but knowing the nfl the ‘independent’ neuros probably do everything they can to clear star players in big games. It’s possible the dolphins just went along with what they said. They still could’ve chosen to hold him out though so McDaniel absolutely would get some blame even in that case crazy to think they risked tuas career for that one win and still didn’t win the division

What is ‘could not get it done’ lol did the guy retire and I missed it? Heck hall of fame, commonly referred to as one of the greatest coaches of all time don Shula won 2 Superbowls in 32 years. If mcd wins one in the next like 8 years he matches that pace 🤣 current head coaches that are always talked about highly, John Harbaugh has 1 in 16 years , Kyle Shanahan has 0, Mike Tomlin has 1 as a head coach in 16 years (had one as an assistant), mcvay has 1 in 7 years but it looks like his team is no longer in the top NFC tier so I expect him to be stuck at one for a John harbaugh length of time lol then you’ve got guys like Payton who people have soured on that is also stuck at 1 for a long time.

Mvs seems like he’s not on the same page as Josh yet and they are currently making me a little nervous haha but everyone else id agree
-
Mcdermott going for it on 4th and 3

Mcd seems pretty aggressive to me in those situations while the game is still close…I’m sure it’s based on if they have a play they like against whatever defense they’re facing. once we’re up 7+ in games he plays them more conservatively as he should imo -
I don’t really see a realistic path to Miami ever winning the afc east without a full rebuild or a new qb at the very least. They are just not good enough against their division rival/teams with winning records in such a big sample size now. mcd has tua’s number…they should’ve moved on. Reminds me of the mistake the bills made with Fitzpatrick but we had the guts to rectify it

Will Miami start taking calls on Hill?

McDaniel/grier have to go down with the ship at this point…I don’t think tyreek is going anywhere Seemed like McDaniel was trying to make sure we didn’t have much time left to do anything if we ended up stopping them while also giving his team a couple shots at the end zone. it was definitely not the right thing to do as they hurt their td chances a good anount but I could kind of see where he was coming from. If we added another fg before halftime then with us getting the ball back after halftime the game was pretty much over -
Bills vs Jags Game Week Thread - MNF
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
The jags defense has been pretty bad the last few years…I think we just happen to flub our games against them and it’s a small coincidence it happened twice. Doesn’t mean they won’t be better this year though last season was pretty whack that they had an extra week in London. if the sample size was a little bigger I’d think there’s more to it -
