  1. Did Saleh lose the locker room? Firing a coach in the lead up to a divisional game where the winner takes first place is probably the wildest decision I’ve ever seen
  2. You’re making conceptual mistakes here…the Coleman TD was RULED a td on the field. So there needs to be OVERWHELMING evidence in the review process to overturn it. Did his heel ever come down out of bounds in that infamous screenshot? It’s pretty much impossible to tell which is exactly what they concluded if it was ruled that he stepped out, it would’ve been tough to overturn also. The ruling on the field completely shapes the review process because the evidence needed to overturn the initial call needs to be clear But it was ruled incomplete on the field and you are glossing over that. Can you make a case it should’ve been ruled a catch on the field? Yea maybe. But that is not at all the same thing as there’s enough evidence to overturn it in a challenge. There’s absolutely no chance that call is overturned
  3. I was at that projection pre Milano injury then that dropped us to might not win the division but probably a wildcard team at worst. Then we lost Bernard and taron Johnson pretty early I just can’t think of three worst defensive players to take away really. People overlook it but the fact we stymied the tua dolphins with the available players we had is kind of unbelievable lol I really think that cardinals team is pretty good too.
  4. This might be a bit of a hot take but given the absolute mess of injuries on top of all the new players adjusting on top of the lack of wideout talent on top of a pretty tough three straight road game tilt early, I think we’re actually ahead of expectations at 3-2 and that might actually make grabbing a wr a logical move. This was looking like it was going to be a completely lost season leading in to week 1 before we even lost a few more impact players so spending future resources on a wideout probably didn’t seem worth it at first with all the holes I think you almost have to do it now because there’s definitely a path to a team that can go on a run. Some defensive players have really stepped up and the ones that havent should be back on the bench once some guys heal up
  5. Idk mahomes has looked pretty bad this year up until tonight but they haven’t lost so nobody cares, josh has looked good until the last few games. I think mahomes gets rocked all the same as the qb for the bills the last two games of course we’ll never know though that bucs chiefs Super Bowl felt a lot like a josh Allen nobody can block nobody can get open game and mahomes took an absolute beating and everyone talked about him like most talk about josh here after a bad game 🤣. Like ‘yea he was bad in that one but cmon’ if mahomes is head and shoulders above josh at the end of the year I don’t think you can even argue they’re particularly close anymore though so we’ll see what happens. Their situations are starting to converge it seems like so it makes the comparison a little easier lol I couldn’t even fathom a world where mahomes has as many passing tds as ints through 5 weeks going into this season so I have absolutely no clue what will happen
  6. Carter and Solomon lookin promising on the defensive side pretty much changed the vibe of the whole season for me. Dorian Williams lookin pretty good too. Now it’s back to feelin like we are a wr away. Get cam Lewis off the field and Cole bishop probably improves a bit as he goes on and this defense could be really good.
  7. I don’t even know what you do though if he is getting blown up that bad on screens…like those were all set up to be pretty big plays it is honestly kind of amazing they ALL went that badly 😂
  8. I genuinely think they might do it if that means anything to anybody 😂. The defense has mostly held up with absolute clowns at a few key positions due to injury and I think they have a shot to make a run if we actually brought a wr in with a lot of those defenders coming back. the only way I wouldn’t make a wr move is if I thought there were too many holes in other spots where adding a wr still doesn’t get you in the playoff run mix shakir sliding to wr2 and a good wr1 completely transforms the situation. Genuinely don’t think Diggs has that wr1 juice anymore so he was no longer moving the needle much
  9. I haven’t unseen that since you said it in the game thread a few weeks ago 🤣. The screens SHOULD work too if we could actually hold a block once in awhile lol
  10. Not only was his elbow out it looked like a lot of his body hits out of bounds right when that elbow hits anyway.
  11. It’s a catch maybe if it’s ruled a catch on the field…that’s the hugeeeeeee difference. No shot there’s enough there to overturn the incompletion and we see that all the time in the nfl too. Refs kind of boned us on that one…genuinely don’t think they saw it well and it was a bit of Houston home cookin if that’s ruled a catch and Houston challenged it’s probably 50/50 it holds up
  12. Which is exactly what the dolphins said in the same situation despite their qb not even being able to jog without falling over 😂
  13. Your last sentence saved this one for me haha. Also their interior oline is insanely good and the outside is terrible, so it’s more predictable where they’re gonna blow assignments and mahomes can adjust accordingly a little bit easier things have looked like a struggle for the chiefs offense all year but they did look pretty good in this one. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing
  14. I never understood hypocrisy allegations because doesn’t that mean they’re hypocrites too by definition? 🤣 if they think Allen should’ve been pulled in this one, isn’t their one win against Buffalo in the last whole bunch of years invalid?
  15. He has basically missed a whole game out of a 5 game season so far by his team running out the clock with a big lead/pulling him in a blowout win or loss too though. I feel like that’s worth noting at this early stage as it’s pretty statistically significant in this small of a sample size
  16. Under 5 targets every game until tonight too where he had six and not a lot of receiving yards. Couple pass interference ish penalties that could’ve gone either way…the one that was called definitely did not look like pi to me though. there’s somewhat of a myth I’d argue that Reid brings receivers on slow because of tyreek/rashee but tyreek was starting slow wherever he went because he only had one year at a big college before getting kicked out for beating his girlfriend. He wasn’t really pro ready. rice was getting more targets early than worthy has but was not gifted a blown coverage td which is still kind of distorting the stats.. worthy is actually getting a lot more snaps early than rice did.. rashee seems like he had limited opportunities to get on the field early because they didn’t want to give up on skyy moore too soon.
  17. If a bills draft pick won the starting job and was pretty much immediately benched this board would be absolute chaos haha outside of the obvious double standards between the teams though nobody can say worthy is definitely a hit based on his play so far either by that logic
  18. Who has been awful 🤣. Mission accomplished?
  19. You know the DT we picked up with that pick has been great so far right? Lol I think the inverse is going to be true and they’re gonna regret they did it. Worthy very well still may have been there in their normal spot
  20. I’ve been going through Reid’s whole drafting history out of curiosity and it’s just way too small a sample size to say his guys usually start slow and come on strong. He’s had the same small number of guys start fast and a surprising amount of pretty bad early round wr picks honestly 😂 hill would’ve started slow for any team I’d bet too because he only really had one year at a big time school and wasn’t really pro ready. rice had 5 or more targets in 4 of his first 5 games, worthy has not hit that mark once in a game this season yet prior to today so I feel like it’s still very much up in the air.. I think his stats are still pretty skewed by a couple outlier plays this early one of which was a straight up blown coverage
  21. They also aren’t really forced into it due to injury either I’d say so I’m not sure how super relevant that is in this case we’ll see what happens though for sure…rashee just watching him at game speed looked like he’d be more of a complete player early to me but I don’t dig into chiefs film too much obviously 😂
  22. Still doesn’t look like much more than a marquise Goodwin type to me who could’ve had a pretty solid career if it wasn’t for injuries to be fair…I feel like there isn’t a good reason why he shouldn’t be heavily featured with what the chiefs have going on on offense and he just doesn’t seem to be much more than a burner i think the chiefs probably selected a decent enough player but they really needed tackle help bad and worthy was kind of unnecessary. Worthy didn’t really make much sense for us either we needed a more well rounded wr that was a big physical target
  23. I like to think he’s the same guy pretending to be two different guys 😂
  24. I really don’t think so unless they get a ton of help back…winning even three straight games against good teams is tough sledding and these injuries have given them some big time areas to exploit. Last year they were just absurdly healthy compared to the other teams
