Dane being available over Elam probably would’ve flipped the outcome of the afc championship last year tbh not a crazy exciting signing for sure but it does move the needle still

He looked promising his first couple years with the jags then went to Carolina and fell off the map. Pretty fun all upside signing

The bosa concern makes sense to me but I think Forrest is more ‘falling out of favor after missing some time’ than injury prone

Oh yea that is true it’s def possible they turned the corner especially in bishop’s case. I think Hamlin is what he is at this point

Hamlin seems very athletically limited where I’d think Forrest can be coached up. Hyde and poyer and Hamlin the last year or two were all pretty far behind what Forrest would bring in that regard Our safeties weren’t very good in run support either lol

SF got pantsed by cheaping out honestly…they released Floyd thinking they had bosa in the bag and got outbid by a small amount.

Feels odd they did all that partly to sign an LT after trading thuney. Caliendo is pretty bad and will make things tough for Moore imo if they kept thuney and kicked him back over to guard they probably would be back to one of the best olines in the league for a few years

I don’t think it’s as big as people are making it sound tbh…if cook was a better pass blocker maybe id be more nervous about letting him walk.hes great at what he’s good at but has a glaring weakness too the other big money rbs are far ahead of him in that area

Bosa…having Rousseau as the only pass rusher that’s a legitimate threat is a very tall order…your coverage better be real good on the back end if that’s the case which ours wasn’t a dip in talent at RB when you’re mostly running it by committee anyway is not a huge loss

1 year prove it deal makes a ton of sense for both sides of this imo. If it goes well he’s looking at a nice multi year deal going forward that a contender has the first shot at. I don’t think he’d want to get slightly lowballed on a multi year deal starting this year the bills honestly might’ve gotten the inside track by being the only team not wanting to lock him up for multiple years

Gotta grab the 1 seed…having that extra bye week is massive that late in the season. When two good teams are that close it makes a huge difference. chiefs have been really healthy the last few years and we’ve been missing a huge piece on defense.

It would probably have to be a shocking trade to excite you then which is pretty rare. Palmer was honestly one of the better free agents in this FA class lol it’s not a very good one
