I’d judge that missed third down pretty hard if someone not named josh Allen missed that…I think that wild hurdle on the first drive averages it out though

It’s more likely they’ll have a defensive performance like that again than they’ll have an offensive performance like that again imo but it’s way too early to conclude anything either way. Baltimore isn’t nearly as potent on offense as us and their defense was very banged up in the secondary

Tua was pretty good in that game…I can’t even imagine what a mahomes/Allen/rodgers could’ve done to that baltimore defense today. Miami left a ton of points on the field in the first half. That ravens defense today wasn’t even remotely close to .500 caliber let alone playoff caliber let alone Super Bowl caliber lol. The safeties didn’t even know what the playcalls were half the time.

I wanna see tua against a defense with safeties that actually know the defensive playcalls lol that was all time bad safety play today

The whole afc is looking a bit overrated…although it’s very early in the season. It’s looking a lot more top heavy than people expected

Pats would’ve murdered the ravens today…i don’t think any of these people high on the dolphins really watched the game. I don’t think I’ve seen a belichick coached defense blow that many coverages in a season let alone a game

I mean saying that fans that are high on this current team have ‘false bravado’ because you are upset about events that happened decades ago is kind of illogical imo lol

I’d say the opposite…I think you haven’t learned to be a fan of a good team because Brady kicked our ass for 20 years and you’re just waiting for us to show our ‘true colors’ from years ago.. we objectively have a better roster than the dolphins and it is not false bravado to say so. The takes around here seem very rational imo…I don’t think anyone feels great about us rolling into arrowhead and smoking the chiefs in the playoffs but a regular season game against the dolphins there’s a pretty high probability we win. They didn’t make any notable defensive changes (besides losing a quality defensive coach like Flores) and they have struggled against josh in the past…they’re going to struggle to match scores with us when we take away the deep routes

Yea I don’t get it…if Miami and buffalo are both great teams (I’m not sure Miami is great yet) you’d expect them to split so how is game 3 a must win? We lost a ‘must win’ against NE last season and won the rematch and the division and pantsed them in the playoffs

I’m genuinely confused by the overreaction here…why are we weighting Miami vs a decimated ravens secondary so heavily over how Miami looked against the NE defense week 1? did people not watch the game today? The ravens defense was dreadful all game and Miami couldn’t really capitalize until even more ravens dbs got injured we were getting close to the announcer sending fans onto the field to play corner for baltimore lol

Their defense looked horrible today and has historically played poorly against buffalo. Their linebackers are not disciplined enough to account for qbs that can run the football. We can talk Miami up as much as we want to but they still objectively don’t match up well against us we really have to see at least one game where the bills don’t look very good before people start crowning Miami and even that id say would be an overreaction. We smoked a Super Bowl caliber team and they beat an injury riddled ravens team by 3
