We can win some of these games down the stretch with mostly defense if we get poyer/Milano/tre back. The offense is going to struggle if the offensive line play doesn’t improve though no matter who the qb is

Those short passes didn’t seem to hurt us at all…they hit a couple clutch slants on big third downs if I’m remembering properly

I mean if your ucl is torn you’re gonna be in immense pain after that throw…maybe adrenaline gets you through the actual throwing of the ball part. I didn’t see much if any evidence of that. He also physically would not have been able to throw the ball that far…it’s not a question of pain tolerance.

That is likely the recovery time for a pitcher in baseball. The baseball throwing motion is much more aggressive/structurally bad for your arm compared to football

I don’t think people realize how historically terrible terrel Bernard was in that jets game. Jets didn’t really expose us imo…if Milano was in there the jets wouldn’t have hit double digits. Offense still blew it though…josh could’ve bailed out that defense but he played badly

Bernard was absolutely flippin horrible in that jets game…their game plan was literally just run at/throw at Bernard. I cannot even fathom taking taron Johnson off the field to trot two absolute liabilities at lb out there. As much as we don’t like it I think Frazier did the right thing staying in the nickel this time

Silver lining is as much as this loss hurt, im somewhat glad this double diggs and single cover Davis with cb1 got thrown at us early in the regular season not a lot of teams have the personnel to do it(chiefs,dolphins don’t) but it’s clearly something we have to gameplan for against certain opponents. Gabe is just not making plays

It always makes me laugh lol this isn’t far from saying ‘the blueprint to beating the bills is to score more points’ injuries cost us on defense today…can’t afford to lose milano. We literally couldn’t leave the nickel today because who is the extra linebacker? still no excuse as the offense was bad news…Davis has to start making some plays teams are leaving him in single coverage and he just isn’t making plays

Their offense took a leap but it’s a bit gimmicky…their defense has nosedived.

They were better when we played them honestly. Malik Willis will get there but he’s less effective than tannehill at the moment

It would’ve been a tough catch but he should’ve made it. Sauce defended it pretty well. It wasn’t like it was a completely wide open drop

Play them both again at home though likely with tre white. Hard to blame injuries in this one cuz the offense was mostly healthy and didn’t do much…the dolphins were playing virtually an entire team of second stringers in that second half though

No one laughed at that…what people laugh at is when a team gets within a game or so of our division lead no matter how early in the season it is people will say ‘the bills will not win the division they suck fire everyone’. the same posters (not saying this applies to you but it’s related to my original point) claim we’re going to lose every week and of course they’re gonna be right at some point lol

Bucs lost 9-0 in the regular season to the saints the year they won the Super Bowl so it really doesn’t same much either way
