That white INT being called back was absolutely game altering. Despite that we could've played decently and won still and we didn't do that lol -

I mean the weaknesses in the secondary could've been caused by the bad pass rush...all these units are related. Nobody is covering an NFL caliber wide receiver for 6+ seconds. I don't really agree with that second point if the defense can turn in performances like that. Today's offensive effort was like what happened in the titans game last year only our defense kept us in it -

Defensive line was historically awful last year and we went to the afc championship game. They looked pretty good today that is a monumental difference compared to last season. What should I be looking for in the kc/Cleveland game? I'm assuming you mean since Cleveland is winning we are worse than both Cleveland and kc? -

Honestly I came away with the opposite realization...our defense was horrendous last season and they looked more than competent today. Allen single handedly carried the team last season...this game wouldve been an absolute blowout last year and we had a chance up until the blocked punt. I'm assuming the passing game is a bit of rust though if Allen's last season was flukey then yea we could be in trouble -

I think a lot of it had to do with the opponent...I will join the crowd complaining about how pass heavy we are in the future if it continues. The only possible weakness on that pit defense is the secondary. -

Lol it didn't work today because we didn't execute well...its not like the running game is automatic either 🤣 -

I think every team knows this but the pool of available OL players is shrinking every year because college guys are all playing in spread offenses. Really having a mobile qb with a good arm like allen is the best way to overcome that -

The problem with Pitt and an elite defense is they could easily stop the run without committing extra personnel to do so...then you're just throwing downs away if you're running for 2 ypc...cowboys were in a similar predicament against the bucs Thursday night. Offensive coordinator is not an easy job haha we left a lot of plays on the field even before getting into those odd 4th down decisions -

Yea gadget plays are just a disaster optics wise when they don't work...I dont think anyone would fault them for trying a qb sneak and not getting it I try not to be that guy that says that but in this game it felt the holding calls were all going one way when Pitt was holding like crazy too. We played bad though no question -

I mean running the ball up the middle for a one yard gain on second down is just shooting yourself in the foot too so you have to call the plays that give your team the best chance to win and with our team against the steelers that results in a lot of passes. As a fan we can criticize everything after the fact our job is easy 😁 -

I think that was more of a no confidence in the offense thing not an overconfidence thing lol picking up a yard is tough when you don't think you can run the ball and the defense was playing well -

This is exactly how I felt watching the game...it was just a bad game with a lot of questionable decisions -

To be fair we were up 10-0 in our game haha so Clevelands soon to be 5 point lead doesn't matter much as we learned the hard way 🤣 -

Could be overconfidence lol they'll never admit it so we'll never know for sure... but I thought we pulled out too many stops if anything 🤣 we were moving the ball fine and still trying flea flickers and half back passes and stuff on short yardage situations it was really odd -

Why does sloppy mean overconfident? They were definitely sloppy no doubt about that. It's the first game of the season and they were going up against a top 5 defense in the league I dont think they came out like yeaaa this is an easy win lol -

The team was not overconfident lol the fans were. Josh knows better than anyone how tough the steelers defense is and they added Melvin Ingram -

A couple of those were missed penalties by the refs...he thought he had an offside and a 12 men on the field so he thought he had a free play and the refs missed it two separate times -

I think you're both nuts but we'll see 🤣 Pitt could easily be a contender for the best team in the afc -

Lol the steelers came right up the middle virtually untouched and everyone is blaming the punter 🤣 -

What makes big Ben not good enough? His most recent season was statistically as good as any other lol he had one horrendous half of football in the AFC divisional round -

You not realizing the steelers are contenders is very much on you 🤣 why should the steelers pay for most football talking heads on TV being idiots and not giving them enough attention lol they have a great roster if their oline is decent -

Yea they can try the same gameplan obviously...anyone can. But it comes down to their front 4 winning up front and if they can't do as good a job as Pitt they will get absolutely torched -

People have forgotten how abysmal the dline was last year haha we may not have gotten good defensive pressure still but we were still miles ahead of last season -

12-4 and they nearly beat Cleveland while resting starters at the end of the season. Steelers are going to roll through the afc north with all the injuries Baltimore has.
