I mean it’s not unjustified that the ravens won more games and Josh turned the ball over a lot lol. It almost always goes to the qb of the highest seeded team but mahomes got off to a bit of a rocky start. last year was proof it isn’t just a stats thing

People think the voters don’t have brains 😂. Josh wasn’t even in the top 4 of the mvp vote last year because the voters decided his turnovers hurt his team too often and lost them a few games. This year he is clearly carrying the whole team to a very successful year if Lamar didn’t just win it, there wasn’t this whole narrative of who the heck is Josh gonna throw to this season, and the bills didn’t have a higher win total Lamar would be ahead right now probably but you’ve gotta ignore many things that the voters themselves are openly talking about to get there

Go ahead and do it then you will make a ton of money if correct lol the current odds do not support what you’re saying at all. Josh’s implied probability of winning it is about 84% which seems pretty accurate to me. heck I think if he plays pretty bad against the jets and still wins he’ll still win mvp even. Really needs to lose to the jets to cough it up imo

Idk about locked up but he is ahead more than you are all suggesting unless he flubs the game Sunday then it’s a tossup.. if he goes off Sunday it’s locked up

They play down to their opponent less than any other team in the league lol. I don’t know where people get this fact from. Yea it happens occasionally but it happens to everyone….this isn’t college football even the bad teams aren’t super far behind talent wise The bills drop double digit wins on bad teams as much or more than anybody and are consistently up in the top in point differential

That doesn’t even make sense when everyone in the front office and on the coaching staff know they’re dead men walking lol

They really aren’t lol they were very close in total tds/turnovers coming into this week. Lamar’s got a bunch of lost fumbles They can’t flip the script unless Josh melts down in these last couple games…wins are the big stat

Also a lot of the pundits cited win total so it’ll be tough to ignore that fact this year

It’s all in Josh’s control imo. if he plays well in the last game/games where he starts he’ll win mvp. Another game like last week and it’ll get uncomfortably close

They also won’t openly admit it but I doubt they’d give the award to the same player a second year in a row unless he was massively better than the rest of the field

I’ve seen the national pundits say those two extra losses matter in addition to talking about Henry making things a little easier he’s also indirectly stealing some Lamar tds/passing yards this game too…if Lamar absolutely went off I think he could get himself in range of Josh goin to the final week

Doubt it unless we flub one down the stretch…Henry is making it difficult for Lamar to win it

Yes…he has been great in the cold quite a few times lol and he has struggled just as much in great weather as cold weather Bengals ain’t makin it I don’t think…colts schedule is just too easy even assuming Denver falters. Dolphins will get in over cincy if they both win out too and their schedule is easy also. Bengals are the longest shot out of 4 teams

Yea well fairbairn hit a 60 yarder against us to win a game and the raiders/broncos had fg disasters against kc in comfortable fg range haha could’ve been a 3 game head to head swing gotta be good and be lucky too

Man what a nice situation for kc…pit will probably not win the division now and we’ll get Baltimore round 2 and they’ll get someone significantly worse

Worthy is one of the least agile super fast WRs I’ve ever seen.

Second division matchup is usually a little bit more predictable than the first…I doubt that would happen.

It feels weird saying this but the pats did a way better job holding up in coverage with Josh buying a ton of time for himself than the vast majority of teams weve seen

21 yard net change but you’ve got a chance to pin them deep araiza just blew it lol

I’m not talking about just the first quarter I’m talkin about the first 50-60% of the game. They had a pretty sizeable lead in a few games that ended up coming right down to the wire

Kc always looks good early then their opponent seems to come back as the game goes on…will be interesting to see if it happens here

Fields can’t hit those deep touch passes down the sideline which really limits them

Williams is not much better in coverage but Spector is useless in every area and Williams is pretty good at everything else. Feels like there’s a massive difference between those two guys talent wise to me that’s the big problem with Spector for me there’s just nothing he’s even halfway decent at so he’s exploited by literally anything the opponent wants to do. If he was terrible in coverage but pretty solid in run support things would not be anywhere near as bad with him in there.
