  1. Josh Allen seems better when his offensive line can’t block vs mahomes in the same situation at the very least, josh played half a season last year under the conditions mahomes is seeing tonight (or worse)
  2. I think he trusts his defense but we’re about to see if we can second guess all these decisions lol
  3. And the chiefs are not…people are hard on reid for not running the ball more against the bengals but for all we know that choice gave him a better chance to win
  4. Yea that was a tough drive for Herbert…have to hit that 3rd down pass at the very least
  5. Chiefs fans will complain about his pff score still though 😂 they moved on from being josh haters to being mahomes haters lol
  6. Amazing how much a terrible call swings a game
  7. He seems like he understands the position better than mahomes but mahomes is an absolute freak athlete. That play where he hung in the pocket that looked like it was collapsing at first doesn’t seem like much but it was pretty impressive
  8. I said that quite a few times Sunday 😄. At least the receiver caught the ball this time
  9. Not sure what’s prime about it other than the two teams are actually playing against eachother lol it’s early in the season when they’re still getting used to a new offensive scheme and they’re on the road against the superbowl favorites as probably at least a 5 point underdog. Their glaring weakness from last season still appears to be an issue as well and tua is still making critical errors
  10. And they did it poorly on top of that lol
  11. I don’t think you can really evaluate it as Jefferson vs diggs because we really traded a draft pick for diggs and Jefferson should not have been available at that pick anyway. Had McDermott 100% known Jefferson would’ve fallen to us maybe that completely rewrites history. The eagles completely botched their wr pick at 21
  12. Dolphins/pats still looking like 3-1 at worst for us but the split may come with Miami instead of NE this year
  13. Vegas doesn’t seem to think so…bills are early 7.5 point favorites. It’s funny how much that bad luck interception seemed to brainwash other delusional fanbases lol josh set the bills single game completion percentage record and outside of one not great throw he was pretty much perfect. One of his incompletions was that ball that hit Mackenzie right in the mitts and was intercepted and at least two were drops. but apparently none of that matters because it was a multiple interception game
  14. Our wacky streak of every win being by 2+ scores and every loss outside of the colts game being by one score seems to be continuing into this season lol. That lower than expected win total last season is seeming more like bad luck than anything…it’s getting impossible to explain how a team that beat so many different teams by multiple scores went 0-5 in close games
  15. I’m with you on the fumbles but it’s not exactly an apples to apples comparison between singletary and moss that game. Some clever play design opened up a few huge holes for singletary and moss was mostly running into a brick wall all night.
  16. The Justin herbert homer that writes for the ringer did say that lol seems like he was lookin for some excuses to put Herbert closer to the top. it’s pretty much a meme at this point how obsessed with Herbert that writer is
  17. Completely disagree with the overall claim in the post…I think it would take quite a few years of first round playoff exits for the bills to move on from mcd. but to partially play along I think McDermott probably learned his lesson with calling timeouts after seeing the offensive formation which was partially responsible for that long completion to Kelce.
  18. If Allen is cam newton who is tannehill 😂
  19. Even beyond making a statement it was a huge game. The first half of the schedule is loaded with tough matchups and beating the rams gives us a lot more margin of error. Now we’ve got a win and a mini bye week to prepare for the titans and get to 2-0. Getting to 4-2 or even 5-1 at the bye would be great cuz after a tough game against gb the schedule cools off a lot in the back half.
  20. Would love to see the dolphins lose so I will be ‘rooting’ for NE for the first time ever. Curious to see what the giants look like as well
  21. There can’t be a better feeling than going to a team and single handedly transforming an entire unit like he did last night. In LA he was great but always overshadowed by Aaron Donald it seems
  22. Titans were dangerous last year because aj/Julio torched us in play action when we started slowing Henry down. I don’t think they are nearly as good of a team this year.
  23. The injury risk on designed qb runs is actually very low. Pretty much every study on this subject concludes that qbs that carry the ball a lot don’t really have that much higher risk of injury than pocket passers…gnarly stuff happens in the pocket too with linemen falling on top of you and fingers getting broken on helmets and getting a concussion smashing your head on the turf during a sack etc. he should definitely chill out with trying to hurdle dudes for sure though lol I hope we see less of that kind of stuff
  24. Or we can be excited that we got two starting caliber corners to add to a unit without much depth last season. Who cares which one of those two guys is better 1 game into their career
  25. Had to hit a longggg fg to even get 10 too looking at how tough this first half of the schedule looks, idk how somebody can look at this road win against the rams as anything other than huge. But op did it somehow 😂
