Cincy hasn’t played particularly well before last week and their SF win is getting overvalued by the more casual bettors imo. Spread seems just right which is why it hasn’t moved much. The betting public thinks like you, the sharps don’t Tennessee absolutely obliterated them, arizona played them tough well into the fourth quarter, and they were quite fortunate to sneak past Seattle prior to the niners game. I don’t really understand the notion that they’ve played lights out the last few weeks at all.

Supposedly a lot of the sharp money is on the bills and that’s balancing out a lot of the public betting cincy

I have no problem with shotgun run vs under center run on the goal line but a sneak would’ve made a lot more sense than either I know TB is ‘bad’ so they don’t get a lot of credit for anything but they are the number 1 defense in preventing tds in the red zone by a wiiiiiide margin which I’m not seeing talked about much with regards to the playcalling in that game. when I see all these bengals game predictions some are assuming cincy is a better defense than tb and they really aren’t

I think we tend to underrate our wins and overrate our opponents wins. TB is a pretty tough defense and we moved the ball on them pretty much at will. But since the game came down to a Hail Mary because of a handful of flukey plays all going TBs way somehow we played badly supposedly. cincy apparently beat some unstoppable juggernaut but SF missing Deebo and Trent Williams is a 6 win team at best. Cincy and buffalo both seem really similar to me and they both have played bad football for a stretch. Anything can happen in this one

The team that’s 28th in rushing defense and 29th in rushing offense calling other teams soft because their own team is always bad to start a season 😂.

The Trent Williams/Deebo injuries killed him. He’s a pretty good game manager that’s surrounded by a ton of talent

These ‘analysts’ look at just our schedule and conclude it’s tough. But a lot of teams have a lot of tough games left so they completely lose the context. Not to mention if Miami has the division locked up week 18 they probably will be resting starters most of the game.

Not this year imo…that jets loss was all on josh pretty much. Oline gave him plenty of time in that one. Cincy isn’t really that stout against the run on defense and their secondary isn’t very good. Still will be a tough matchup down so many good players on defense though. I think if both teams were at full strength we are the better team by a decent margin and the matchup is pretty good

The inconsistencies are wild…that didn’t look like anything to me but the series before 4th down play looked like hopkins got held a bit
