I think those McDermott disguised zones cause huge problems for teams that don’t see them too often which is why we frequently beat up on the NFC teams and struggle a little bit against the pats/jets and teams like the bengals who we see fairly often it’s one thing for the qb to watch our old games on film but an entirely different situation when they’re out there playing against it I think we’ve got a better shot than any other afc team of beating the niners

This narrative is killing me…like yes technically you are correct that we can win out and not make it but it is a 1 in thousands chance. Any one of the below happening gets us in at 11 wins: any jags loss Any bengals loss and colts loss any Baltimore win Miami losing to one of Dallas/baltimore Cleveland losing to Houston or nyj We’d need like 10 games to all go perfectly against us to not get in if cincy loses to pit Saturday we instantly control our own destiny before our game is even played Miami is likely making it even if they lose out

Josh got robbed of a third td but that’s pretty tough to get upset about 😂 His best shot is a strong finish for the team with little to no turnovers and just out touchdowning everyone else by a big margin lol

Hyde was out and maybe coming back for the afc championship that 13 seconds year tre was out also I really think this years team is better…Dline is better, oline is arguably better, corners are much better compared to that playoff roster at least, no Milano hurts but comparing linebackers to that year depends on your personal opinion of edmunds 😁

There’s some overlap so I’m gonna try to count the total number of games that have to perfectly go against us to keep us out of the playoffs at 11 wins lol looks like it’s 15 games all going against us after that ravens win that would keep us out at 11 wins

I watched the bucs play today and they can easily beat the jags…panthers id assume is a win for jax but then week 18 division game vs Tennessee you never know

Miami losing at least one not to us isn’t necessary…SO much has to happen for the bills not to get in at 11-6 as a wildcard. Like 1 in thousands type odds someone posted a tweet of all that needs to happen its legitimately crazy lol this is just a small subset of the list of what needs to happen but the bengals and Indy need to win out and Baltimore needs to win only 1 game but not to Miami and Miami has to beat Dallas and Baltimore. Jacksonville needs to win at least 3 games also. Baltimore winning tonight makes it nearly impossible for us to miss as an 11 win wildcard the bills may not control their own destiny which maybe is a term that scares people but they are literally as close as you can get to controlling your own destiny without technically controlling it 🤣

I tracked this down for you…here’s what all would need to happen for the bills to win 11 and not get in: Baltimore only winning 1 game and the one win is not against miami miami beats Baltimore and dallas Jacksonville wins 3 or 4 games Cleveland beats Texans and jets and loses to bengals Cincinnati wins out Indy wins out All that needs to happen for the bills to miss…it’s nearly impossible. Probably 1 in 1000 chance or less just focus on even a tiny subset of that…what are the odds Miami beats baltimore and Dallas and the bengals beat the chiefs and browns?
