It very much does not lol. You’re missing the jags piece of it who could be without Lawrence -

A December collapse is as dolphinsy as it gets though and both teams seem to always lose in primetime lately…something’s gotta give in this one 😂 -
Historic Possibilities. 2 Seed or Bust

We got a ton of help a few weeks in a row to have a shot at the division and a decent shot to make it with 10 wins so it’s been kind of a mixed bag. Not too long ago the Steelers and jags were 6-3…jags went on to get it to 8-3. It’s honestly pretty wild both those teams are on the brink now -
Bass’ and Martin’s Poor Performance

Yea our final punt where we downed it at the 3 and NE couldn’t do anything backed up to their own end zone and went 3 and out. If a punt can’t even qualify as clutch to some people y’all aren’t taking special teams seriously enough 😂 -
What happened to the OLine and the run game?

Wow I’m sorry to hear that… it a reinjury or has he had numbness for that long? -
What happened to the OLine and the run game?
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Dubie54's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t really see Josh doing anything to limit turnovers lol I think teams are having success taking our receivers away in single coverage now so it is a lot easier to collapse the interior of the pocket sending extra guys up the middle and the DEs can keep contain on the outside. Nowhere for Josh to run,no one with any separation, tough to run the ball on for a team with bulk in their front 7. Miami is structured much differently so I don’t think they’ll be able to pull that off nearly as well. they have all these pass rush specialists that are kind of wasted against us because they don’t seem to be able to keep contain or cover in the middle of the field. -

Stingers are weird he could be 100% fine minutes after it happens or his shoulder could feel stiff for a couple weeks…there’s really no way for us to know. -

Lol I am still absolutely baffled by what happened in the trenches in the chargers game…the NE game at least made sense to me…Barmore is an absolute beast -
Last 4 games WR's average 107 yards total per game
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t think any of the recent bad offensive games have been a good example of that 😂. He does seem to do that a little too much in the games where the interior offensive line isn’t getting blown up though and I think that opening week loss to the jets he did it a good amount too -

I’m sure it’s both of what you guys said to an extent. Pats were rallying to the underneath throws very fast so Josh probably held the ball to hit some chunk plays more often than he should’ve. The interior oline did not pass the eye test at all in the first half though. They were getting smoked…that’s been the common theme when the offense looks bad doesn’t mean josh is blameless but it definitely contributes im not sure what changed at halftime but they seemed to be holding up better in the second half -
Joe Brady vs Ken Dorsey- Has He Been Better?
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to thenorthremembers's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’d question how small a sample size ‘no pressure’ is…the common factor in the games our offense has looked bad throughout the season is the interior oline getting walloped which is when you start to see those quick screens that everyone hates to slow the pressure down. Doesn’t mean josh is blameless or the oline hasn’t been great at other times by any means though the pressure from previous plays starts to get in your head and it fiddles with your mechanics when you finally do get time…I don’t think criticizing the oline absolves Josh because those two pieces go hand in hand. It’s for sure related though. Better interior oline play will absolutely lead to better play from Josh…who is ‘blamed’ is kind of irrelevant -
Josh Allen Home Reg Season After Nov
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Back2Buff's topic in The Stadium Wall
I always find it odd that we are mostly spoiled without having won a championship haha. We win a historic amount of blowouts and now nobody can emotionally handle a close game. Our qb makes absurdly difficult plays on a regular basis so we don’t even mention them anymore but we will beat it to death when he misses a few throws that throw he made late in the chiefs game I’m pretty sure was impossible like how are people not talking about that still 😂 Literally the whole basis for not putting a dome on the stadium lol josh is the prototypical bad weather qb -

Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Back2Buff's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s inaccurate when teams blow up the interior of the oline and he’s got pressure in his face that he can’t roll out of…much of it is due to having to throw off his back foot to avoid sacks. Chargers, pats, chiefs have been able to do that the last few weeks. It has absolutely nothing to do with temperature lol -
Some hard choices for Beane on the D-Line
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall
Its really strange seemed like once his knee brace came off he had two pretty good games and was ramping up but then he was awful against the chargers -
I agree…really hope belichick is done in NE. Seems like he’s starting to figure us out. Although it’s not like Barmore will be leaving with him lol

So how are we feeling about Coach McDermott?
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m curious what happens around here if we beat Miami…I think he deserves some credit for the winning streak which would include beating the 4th 5th and 6th ranked teams by dvoa but will he get it idk 😂. -

Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m gonna be honest I don’t really get the whole admitting he’s good thing. If you’re knowingly firing a good coach the odds things improve under someone else that’s a mostly unknown commodity are very small. If you think he’s holding the team back/getting carried by the talent he has and want him fired that is something I completely understand. -

Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’d def agree with that…kind of reminds me of the 90s Knicks who were a great team they just kept running into Michael Jordan in the playoffs beating Miami does a ton for both the optics and our chances of playoff success, either we win the division and finish 5-0 with 3 wins over playoff teams in that stretch then have a few favorable playoff matchups or we enter as a wildcard team after lookin a little shaky against two bad teams if not missing the playoffs entirely -
Why is it so hard for fans to admit reality?
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to oldmanfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why should we have lost? Because one of the worst offenses in the league notorious for turning the ball over turned it over 3 times… that’s unusual somehow? I’d say returning the opening kickoff is pretty unusual too lol that ridiculous throw and catch to reagor leading to a touchdown drive was pretty unusual also NE plays teams tough and loses by 10 points or less pretty much every week and that’s without a kickoff return typically…there’s really no basis for saying we should’ve lost the game it’s pretty much business as usual. That was essentially a 9 point win minimum as we ran out the clock in scoring range and NE never got closer than 6 points the entire second half. They only had one drive where they even could’ve taken the lead with a td but promptly went three and out. I think what happens a lot of the time around here is people are overly emotional while watching the game and they convince themselves the game was closer than it actually was because they assume the bills will blow it somehow based on past history 😂 this game was over after the bills first second half drive -
That playoff game always felt really fluky to me..they just sent the house and played man knowing it was their only chance and dodged so many bullets with us just barely missing a ton of deep shots to wide open guys. That game looked bad in the box score but we were a few inches on a couple deep throws away from a 500 passing yard 6+ TD type game I think our oline is much better than last year and they are down two huge pass rushing pieces and Xavien Howard as well so they really don’t have any hope of emulating that defensive gameplan…if they were gonna have Ramsey and a healthy Xavien Howard maybe I’d be a little more nervous but we’re almost definitely gonna see Eli Apple on the defensive side I think we’re better equipped to deal with their speed than most defenses…maybe if both teams were 100% healthy it would be closer but I don’t see a lot of ways Miami wins this one. They’re fighting an uphill battle in the trenches on both sides of the ball
-
Getting Daquan back was huge…the only time the dolphins offense really worked us was when they ran the ball at will in the second matchup last year. I don’t think McDermott has any trouble scheming against tua. We were loading up on defense to beat the chiefs which has given us some favorable personnel to slow down the dolphins too
-
Ah yes…sinking to new lows of more than likely winning 5 straight games to steal the division from a team with a 3 game lead and beating three playoff teams along the way 😂 I really think the dolphins are gonna mostly phone it in with so many injuries and a playoff spot clenched tbh…they are not in good shape to get into a dogfight with a win or go home team right now Severely doubt they win a playoff game if they get into a tough game with the bills I really think it’s in both teams best interest for the bills to be the 2 and the dolphins to rest up and get the wc honestly then go into kc and win….of course no coach will concede the division though 😂

Joe Brady vs Ken Dorsey- Has He Been Better?
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to thenorthremembers's topic in The Stadium Wall
The games where not everything has gone our way there’s been a ton of interior pressure which causes Josh to throw off his back foot a whole lot KC,LAC, and NE yesterday seemed to get a lot of pressure up the middle -

Generic_Bills_Fan replied to thenorthremembers's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why is Dallas an outlier when we dropped a ton of points on nyj and Philly too lol…half of Brady’s games we’ve scored over 30 and it’s not like Dorsey was any better vs NE. We did absolutely nothing in that earlier NE game until josh started pulling insane plays out of his a** late in the game 😂
