Kansas City at Buffalo in the Divisional Round!
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to chongli's topic in The Stadium Wall
Football is crazy high variance…a single game head to head really doesn’t mean much of anything as far as where franchises are at overall. Don’t think there will be much demoralization either way honestly. The niners have been to what, 3 out of the last 4 nfc championships and won 0 of those superbowls? Do their fans seem demoralized? John harbaugh has been bounced from the playoffs early for a decade but here they both are. Just gotta keep gettin into the playoffs to give yourselves a chance. I do think you’re underselling the mahomes meltdown a bit though to change gears for a minute, I don’t think I’ve seen a player do that in history. Had to be held back while screaming at refs for a perfectly valid call then went to meet the opposing qb post game and still whining about it…real bad look. You’re gonna hear a lot of that from every teams fans so you might as well get used to it 😂. This is not just a bills fan thing yea it’s one example but Gronk punching tre white in the back of the head long after a play was over was one example too lol some things are so bad they stand on their own. -
Josh Allen: The Correct Choice for NFL MVP

How am I proving your point? My point is I don’t trust the judgement of a poster that said mahomes and Allen were even this year because it is absolutely not true lol I think you’re underselling him pretty hard if you think mahomes has the same body of work this season -

I can remember one pick or fumble six in Josh’s entire career and mahomes gave up one of each on back to back drives this year to lose to a team thats qb through for 61 yards 😂. Multiple turnovers in a loss to Denver too. A lot of one turnover games where he was just cr*ppy too lol Mahomes had two huge turnovers overturned vs jets and pats also that absolutely should not have been on top of that. Still had a two turnover game against NE despite it -

That’s a Josh attempt on 3rd and 25 in the second quarter lol I don’t think he’d ever do that in that spot of a game -

He bailed that pocket obscenely early…feels like he lost all confidence in this one and will probably win anyway 😂 -
It’s kind of nice to see an interim coach earn themselves the job for once I feel like an interim keeps the job so infrequently that the sample size is too small to comment on either way. I think marrone was one technically but they probably always planned for him to get a shot at hc

Saw a lot of niners fans posting that the picks were just unlucky tipped balls but it seemed to me purdy was lucky he didn’t throw even more picks 😂 -

Friday Official Injury Report

Chiefs are in a tough spot if they lose an olineman for sure. Pretty rough spot for skill position players too no Toney no skyy moore Seems like they don’t really call holds in the playoffs -
He’s the mvp of throwin it pretty well to wide open guys lol
-
So many fake slides by Lamar on that carry
-
They will if Tom Brady is on the other sideline in the Super Bowl 😁. I knew the chiefs were done in that chiefs bucs Super Bowl the first time they called holding on the chiefs haha
-
Same with the chiefs typically

Happened to us vs bengals in the playoffs last year too…bengals fans were nervous about the ref assignment and they destroyed us lol -

I mean the chiefs are on the road in this one because they lost a huge regular season game.. were 3-1 against them in the last 3 all at arrowhead and the 1 loss is probably a win if the coin falls the other way. This whole ‘but that’s regular season’ argument is a little ridiculous imo. Both teams are giving their all in a regular season game that’s obviously going to have massive seeding implications because neither team wants to have to travel in the playoffs These teams are about even in h2h matchups during mahomes and Allen era with the chiefs controlling things early on and bills controlling things more recently chiefs haven’t won one without tyreek yet -
He might have to clear by a certain time but I don’t think the bills are required to announce it right when he clears
