I don’t think PFF is an accurate rating system for our defensive scheme not that I think Hamlin is pro bowl caliber either though 😂 he seems mediocre to me at worst and mediocre guys leading pro bowl voting isn’t super unusual even without a heartwarming story involved

NE was one of the best teams in the league at running the football that year, the chiefs can’t even come close to those kind of numbers even against light boxes. i still think that’s one of the flukiest games of all time and nobody should be modeling their gameplan around that lol but that’s another discussion.

I have a similar observation with a more optimistic twist I guess? Haha. I think the turnovers put the offense in a position where they don’t really have to do much in the second half of a lot of games now. I think they would rise to the occasion should they get into a shootout though I don’t think the yards/game type stats are a great indicator of how the offense is playing imo…I think the redzone td percentage is a much more important thing to be lookin at can’t see the DVOA offensive rankings without a paid account now lol but I’d think we’re in the top 5

The offense is kind of a victim of the defense/turnover differential (in a good way lol). They don’t really have to do much in a good chunk of second halves and just run out the clock. Some of it is how were defended too, teams are basically daring Josh to get impatient so we just go down the field with short plays if we have to

some of these are definitely good fortune but there’s some bad luck hiding in there too The fact that we played Miami twice early in the season and they had tua for 7/8 quarters is bad luck I’d say given how the rest of their season went lol Flacco over Richardson and Rudolph over Levis feel like upgrades to me we didn’t get Dhop much on the titans so that he could get traded to the chiefs which is worse I think the rams are pretty much right on track for their projected season win total if not better

Bills lions is cool for most non bills fans because they would be happy with either winner I think that’s why you hear people saying they want that matchup

I’d normally dismiss it but pretty much every ex player talks about the party lifestyle and McDaniel physically looks like he’s losing his marbles a bit so there’s probably some truth to it lol

It’s the best bills team relative to the other best teams in the conference imo. A few years ago the bills roster was better but the chiefs were considerably better than they are now
