They’ve been pretty good recently they just do the little dumb things that lose you close games. Davante had a 200+ yard game a week or two ago

Catch rate is pretty important for slot receivers imo…a lot of their catches are really hard fought drive saving third down conversions. Not trying to say Shakir is better or not but to downplay his catch rate is a little too strong in the opposite direction 🤣

Reid tried to throw on a 4th and 2 and basically torpedoed his teams chances of beating the raiders but he got bailed out by a fumbled snap and they blocked a chip shot fg that saved them the broncos game. They got some straight up dumb luck in close games and we got beat by a fairbairn 59 yarder…sh*t happens later in the year fairbairn blew a 28 yarder against the titans that cost his team the game I can see the debate on the Texans game playcalling, Samuel was wide open to prevent a punt that likely would’ve set the Texans up in immediate fg range and Josh missed the throw though to be fair. It was a great day for us if your main concern is cincy in the playoffs lol. Kc will be resting starters against Denver now which makes it nearly impossible for cincy to get in. they’d need Denver to lose out which seemed likely if the chiefs had something to play for (they no longer do), Indy to lose out against a cupcake schedule, and Miami to lose out against a very easy schedule even if the bengals beat Denver this week

If it’s average and the bills win still josh is very likely going to get it still. I mean it’s not unjustified that the ravens won more games and Josh turned the ball over a lot lol. It almost always goes to the qb of the highest seeded team but mahomes got off to a bit of a rocky start. last year was proof it isn’t just a stats thing

People think the voters don’t have brains 😂. Josh wasn’t even in the top 4 of the mvp vote last year because the voters decided his turnovers hurt his team too often and lost them a few games. This year he is clearly carrying the whole team to a very successful year if Lamar didn’t just win it, there wasn’t this whole narrative of who the heck is Josh gonna throw to this season, and the bills didn’t have a higher win total Lamar would be ahead right now probably but you’ve gotta ignore many things that the voters themselves are openly talking about to get there
