Awesome. At the coldest games I’ve been to (like 94 Raiders game) we wore these giant blue square Bills mittens over gloves which had hand warmers in them. Pretty good system. Have fun and Go Bills!

THIS. The idea that Buffalo hasn’t tried to pass enough this season is a little cuckoo. Actually, we have been unbalanced (usually passing too much) and predictable (running and passing) too often. Complaining about a run heavy game plan in 60mph winds is overrating your own superior IQ. Bills just need to execute like they have the last 4 1/2 games. Halftime of the Bucs game the players decided to come together and execute as a team with the team spirit of 2020, after all the distractions and divisive stuff early this year. Now it’s on.

Great piece. Love the observation about Phillips and Oliver feeding off each other. Also great point that they should feed Motor, and Diggs being open all the time. Sometimes wonder if we make things too complicated trying to feed seven different offensive skill players. (Diggs, Sanders, Davis, Beasley, McKenzie, Knox, Singletary. and it used to be eight when Moss shared time.)

Throw a few quick outs to Diggs and Sanders and set up the double move to them later. One place I miss John Brown is the WR screen plays. He had that burst.

I was wondering if he is messing around. Just joshing? It feels like they are being so respectful of NE and Belichick and so self-deprecating: “I can’t even feel my feet in this cold” lol. Feels they could be sandbagging before unleashing a total demolition of the Patsies.

I went to both those games. The usual two pairs of everything, foot warmers and thermos of spiked hot coffee. I remember Kelly threw a short out to Brooks four or five times and set them up for the touchdown on the out and up. And the KC game, where Bruce knocked out Montana, and Thurman went for 186 and 3 TDs. Lifetime great memory. Passing game had to be simplified and quicker with that rock hard ball. I don’t remember feeling cold at either although I’m sure we were. No one ever mentioned the need for a dome…

Last season he shared his struggles with alcohol and how he quit drinking. It makes me real happy for him that’s he’s playing better than ever, after that major life change.

Please can they give McKenzie and Singletary all of Beasley and Moss’s touches.

Since the Broncos blew it against the Chiefs (dang it, Gordon), Buffalo can be the number 3 seed at best. Bills need to beat the Jets, and Browns beat the Bengals, and Buffalo is number 3. If Buffalo wins and the Bengals win, Buffalo is number 4.

The NYT’s existing sports coverage isn’t especially woke or leftist. They seem kind of clueless about sports, like an egghead uncle who reads but never played them… but not especially political IMO. Most of their takes feel three weeks behind. Like their guy always picks the team who was hit a few weeks ago lol

His contention might be that he was not in pain due to the show but felt he would make his injury much worse by playing further. If he really has a bone fragment loose and torn ligament.

Wow! And Tampa Bay wouldn’t even be in the playoffs.

Would prefer for the Bills to beat down Tampa Bay, and Allen to severely outplay Brady, Diggs to outplay Williams, Knox outplay Gronk, McKenzie to be our Godwin, and Singletary to crush Fournette in yards, and Ed O and Groot to have two sacks each. Forty-burger. That’s my NFC rooting interest. Ps Obada to have a huge game too, and Taron a pick six.
