This game is too important not to watch live. What I do: Game starts at 2:30am in Berlin. I set the alarm for 3:30am, turn on the projector and watch the first half, skipping all the commercials. This way, I catch up to the live broadcast by late in the third quarter and watch the fourth completely live, texting with family back in Buffalo.

Feels like Dorsey started hot, got figured out, and is now diversifying his attack in time for the playoffs. Good arc.

I would love love love to get that number one seed. We need it and more so it represents the next upward step of the Bills’ journey since 2018. Each year we have been better than the last (to me we were better last year than 2020, even if our record was worse—we had the Chiefs in the playoffs whereas the year before they were a level above). However, the Bills, Chiefs or Bengals can make it to the Super Bowl from any seeding position.

Exactly why you cannot expect Tua to look out for his own best interests if it jeopardizes his performance on the field. The whole thing makes me sick for him and what has been done to him. I hope he can get help.

Not saying the Bengals aren’t a strong team. But Buffalo is stronger by record, statistics, offensive and defensive rankings, has played a tougher schedule, and has a ton of respect around the league.

A great road team, with a better record, the number one seed, with the best point differential, on a six game win streak… Buffalo being a slight favorite makes sense to me.

Great summary of the stakes. I like the road to the Super Bowl Option 1: beat the Jags and Chiefs in Buffalo. Gotta win out!

I think this is a fair point, actually.

This is no trap game. Biggest upside to a game this season. This is what it all boils down to. Got a feeling Buffalo will come out locked in, play a complete three-phase game, and take the Bengals to the woodshed.

I think this is right, and that this plan overrated his potential as a WR.

I watched the Miami game in Bolzano, northern Italy. From 2-6am on the laptop. Painful next day but well worth it. Forza Buffalo!! Wore my Bills hat and coat around town for a few days but got no comments. In Berlin the previous week four or five people had said “Go Bills” or said things like “I’m a Vikings fan, but I hope Josh gets a Super Bowl.”

Why all this armchair diagnosis for a team that’s the top seed in its conference? Buffalo could easily be 13-0 despite all of the injuries. The Bills’ offense was NOT better last year, plenty of games where nothing clicked last year. The Bills have as good or better a chance as last year to rock out and win out, and then take three playoff games. LET’S GO BUFFALO
