  1. Yeah, I didn't see that video that was posted, about him "not caring." I was trying to find it so I could assess... He does seem to be a good clutch player. Gotta say, I think we are gonna take this one, anyway.
  2. A while ago during Bengals week, someone posted a video about Burrow “not caring” about football and that was supposed to be a big edge for him in big games. I can’t find it anymore. If that’s true, that’s probably the biggest difference between him and Josh, who lives and breathes football.
  3. I hope we start Elam over Dane and play Beasley/Shakir over McKenzie most of the snaps in the slot. Gotta go with the best guys at this stage.
  4. I had to put down the beer and make myself a screwdriver in the fourth quarter. Helped. Clean up I’m the turnovers and we’d be almost impossible to beat.
  5. WE DID IT THAYS ALL THAT MATTERS IM TIRED!!!!
  6. We are not looking like a Super Bowl team this game, but luckily many Super Bowl-winning teams had a lucky win in the playoffs
  7. I hope Elam is just cramping?
  8. Feels like without Daboll Josh has reverted to being really careless with the ball, all season—he’s incredible but that’s not okay.
  9. This is arrogant football from Josh He’s so good it’s barely working but it’s not smart and it makes our games feel so hard Meanwhile Mahomes and Burrow take the easy dependable way and dink their way down the field
  10. Does anyone think there’s a chance the Bengals lose? They didn’t exactly tear it up against the hobbled Ravens last week.
  11. Also, New England fans hate us a lot less than we hate them for the Brady era! We weren’t relevant to them back then, they were worrying about the Manning brothers… I get the feeling they see Buffalo as the little brother who is finally having their moment, and are kinda rooting for us. I think most neutral fans country are rooting for Buffalo to get a ring. The universe needs this! Justice!
  12. P.S. I truly think if the Bills had had Hyde, Poyer, Von Miller, and Crowder the whole year, they would be 17-0 or 16-1 heading into the playoffs. They were on a mission and even when hugely shorthanded they fought like dogs to win every game.
  13. Money or not, I believe these guys want to win the Super Bowl! It's why they dreamed of becoming a football player since they were five, pretending to throw the game winning TD in the backyard, just like most of us--difference is they were so much more obsessed (and gifted) that they actually made it to the NFL. Draymond Green from the NBA Warriors recently said in an interview that winning their first championship was the best feeling he's ever had in his life. I think it would be for most of the Bills too.
  14. Random observation: Tony Romo seems to be coming around to the Bills more and more. I rewatched Sunday's game and I think he cried or choked up after Hines' first kick return. He starts explaining how incredible it is, stops mid-sentence with an audible sigh/groan, then goes silent for ten seconds. Nantz picks it up and then Romo composes himself and comes back, a little shaky. We might get Nantz and Romo every playoff game if it's Dolphins, Bengals, and Chiefs.
  15. Another factor in Tua playing or not is the spotlight on the Bills after Damar. Buffalo is the LAST team the NFL wants to see involved in another scary injury. I can see Goodell and Troy Vincent telling Ross he better be damn sure Tua is okay before letting him play. Cause bad PR is something they hate, not because they're so worried about Tua's safety. And yet, if they leave it up to Ross I have a feeling he sends Tua out there. It's just in keeping with his history of cheating, scummy behavior. By the way, I ordered a "Did We Win?" t-shirt from Damar's Chasing M's site today, hoping it arrives in time for the game!
  16. Looking back, I feel weirdly confident the Bills would have found a way to beat the Bengals. So many teams started hot against Buffalo. And the Bills always righted the ship, and found a way. It's wild we've only lost 3 times with what they've been through. Sucks we lost home field advantage this year. But this team has the strength to power through it all. Starting with Miami. I don't think we will effortlessly dominate (that's not the character of this team, that was more the 2021 Bills who were feast/famine), but a solid win seems in the cards.
  17. Hahaha Skip is a moron, but Smoke did look like a star on the play!
  18. I’d go with Smoke Brown. He could open things up and we don’t have that role, the speedster with great playmaking ability, between McKenzie and Shakir.
  19. Dude, this is a playoff game! Different kettle of fish.
  20. Once again we played flat for long stretches, turned the ball over three times, and made everything look hard, yet scored 35 and won by two scores. Huge credit to the Bills for getting through the game after the most emotional, life-or-death week any of them have been a part of. Would love to have an easy game next week. Need one before the Bengals come to town.
  21. Might be time to give John Brown some more snaps at outside WR2.
