Berlin, Germany. 12:30am to 4am game time. Wanted to sleep from 9pm to midnight but of course way too hepped up. Spouse, five year old and two year old fast asleep. Also, the Chiefs' biggest weakness is in protecting Mahomes. Texans strength is their D line: Will Anderson, Mario Williams and Danielle Hunter, plus they have depth. If they start getting to the QB it could be like when KC got demolished by the Bucs in the Super Bowl.

About the Texans' chances: it will have been 3 weeks since Kansas City played a meaningful game. Strong chance they will take a quarter or so to get going. Five years ago, you may remember, the Texans had exactly this situation against the no. 1 seeded Chiefs. They jumped out to a 21-0 lead, but Mahomes brought the Chiefs storming back with 4 touchdowns in the 2nd quarter and won 51-31. However, this is not that Chiefs offense. That was the team with Hill and peak Kelce. If this Texans team can jump on them in the first quarter it could be huge.
