If you ever want to spend some money there's a bed and breakfast place off Elmwood, called InnBuffalo. Runs about 300/night, but it's in a really amazing old house, with a pool table and beer fridge in the basement. Looks like a private club in 1920 or something. Rooms are big with luxury details and flatscreens. And it comes with a fresh cooked breakfast, omelets, bacon, etc. And they have parking in back of their driveway. Haven't been since the pandemic but hopefully it's the same.
I have nothing to do with them. But my wife and I used to stay there on trips back home, and she loved it. I brought my older uncle in from Tonawanda and we played pool and had some good beers. Good times.
