  1. Why let Edmunds go. He's the leading tackler on a very good defensive squad and is only in his 3rd year. He calls the defensive signals and has a good upside because of his speed and wingspan. Keep him and Milano together. .
  2. Have to admit, although I was against resigning Milano due to injury background, after seeing what he brings to this defense, you must bring him back. He is a sideline to sideline tackling machine and our best blitzing asset.
  3. The guy has too much potential with separation abilities and as a check down option to give up on him due to crucial drops. The confusing aspect of his performance is that he makes some really nice catches and opens up the offense similar to SF and KC with Kittle and Kelce. You would think they ride it out with Knox. Hope he loses the dropsies.
  4. Try betting 3 team combinations even without the spread and you'll go broke. Plus the fact the Colts are playing without their starting tackles and Rivers is a statue. Like I said it's far from a gimme.
  5. Miami, Pittsburgh in that order with Cleveland much further down the list.
  6. The chances of being locked in to #2 seed are small. However, if nothing is to be gained other than eliminating the Ravens from postseason, you're essentially using week 17 as a bye week. Ask KC or GB whether they would prefer not having one.
  7. The only problem with that is if one of our irreplaceable guys (JA, Diggs,White, Beasley, Poyer, Milano)goes down and it compromises our chances to win playoff games, makes it a bad gamble with little to be gained.
  8. Dream scenario. Their decimated on defense with injuries and limited on offense. They're probably the best matchup for us.
  9. We can always hope. Who ever expected that Andy Dalton miracle that backed us into the playoffs in 17.
  10. A decision to rest all crucial starters in the scenario where keeping the Ravens out of the playoffs, is the right move. We will be locked into the 2 seed and facing the 11 and 5 Steelers or Dolphins is a preferred path. . Now all we need is the Packers and Colts to win the games they will be favored in and Miami to take care of Vegas while we crush NE. That's a lot of outcomes to depend on. Probably won't happen.
  11. Cole Beasley is a pro bowler.
  12. This guy is a playmaker on special teams and good depth at lb. He's is a great pickup.
  13. You're right, turned out ok for us, but who could have imagined JA being the perfect 10 yr QB
  14. That win was a blessing for the hapless Jets. They should sell their 2nd pick for ( 2)1st rd draft choices and coupled with the accumulated picks they have and the enormous cap space they have for free agents, turn their franchise around in 2 or 3 years. Darnold, if surrounded by better talent, is good enough. Taking Fields means the Jets have to hope and pray this guy is more of a winner than the guy they spent an early 1st of choice on 3 yrs ago. I think NFL clubs should win every possible game and create a culture and let the chips fall where they may.
  15. That is a great question that most fans are wrestling with. Miami is by far a better opponent for us in the wildcard rd. At the same time , Lamar is a nightmare to defend against. Then the question is does that mean we get Tenn or Indy or Cleveland. We have to wait for week 16 to play out. My optimum scenario is to play Cleveland or Miami.
  16. John Brown needs to get out there and start contributing. This guy has been either hurt unavailable most of the year. Limit his snaps but get him in game shape for the 1st playoff game. I like Smoke, but if you can't stay on the field, Gabe Davis can be our 3rd receiver.
  17. Are you not entertained? The guy makes Bills games must see TV. I have to say, Dabol is calling plays for him that only 2 or 3 guys in football could pull off. He just looks like he's having fun and trusting his skill players to make plays. Haven't enjoyed football this much since the no huddle k-gun era.
  18. Why are we still going back and forth with this. The Bills are an elite team with Roberts returning kickoffs and punts. Sean and Beane love him and after he fumbled he had a 54 yard run back to start the 3rd qtr. Do you see any of your fellow Bills fans wanting to dump him for a cheaper option.
  19. I feel like you're giving the guy a bad rap. We haven't had a returner that could take it all the way in many years. He made the Pro Bowl last year and that's stat driven. Having an average run back to the 30 is way above league average. Do you think that Beane would have brought him back at hefty cap #s if he wasn't a huge positive? Every aggressive kick/punt returner fumbles once or twice. Their getting blown up by world class athletes that want to take their head off.
  20. I checked, he has the 4th best rating for punt returners. A big part of Buffalo's ascent has been great special teams. Roberts is the key to this unit. Ask the lowly Jets how their return game has been since he left.
  21. Why don't you do it, and you'll see you're dead wrong. If you watch the games, he has had many good returns. His punt returns are in the top 5 in football. The guy fumbled, he's a pro bowler. It's not a time to lose confidence.
  22. To me he's as dangerous as anyone in the league. He fumbled and it turned in to a Denver score but he had a good run back to start the 2nd half that set the stage for a blowout. This guy has solid all year. The reason to sit him is preserving his body for the big games to come.
  23. As the Pat's become more and more irrelevant, people like the Pats jocksniffing alumni will not even be asked for their opinion. Partisan comments that defy what statistics and visual accounts certify , should disqualify the Bruschis and Harrisons of the world from objective commentary. They should just go home and watch the Super Bowls on a loop.
  24. Once Brady left and Bellicek lost all those quality defensive players and and O-line then Edelman, they became almost Jets like. Beating them is always fun but more importantly let's stay healthy. This Bills team has important business in the postseason. The Patriots will most likely be rebuilding and that's bad at Bellicek's age.
  25. I don't know that he is but the 2nd in close proximity definitely should preclude him from playing next week.
