RD 2, Pick 54: DE AJ Epenesa, University of Iowa

Guy looks pretty solid on the highlight packages. Looks a little sluggish at times but seems to have a knack of getting to the ball. Looks like a solid tackler. Time will tell. This is the first draft where i've be able to sit back and watch it unfold without seeing names go without a little envy. -
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I would imagine they would've taken just about any legit offer.

Defensive Backs in Top 10 of Round 1
Mr. K replied to Bill from NYC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The in-laws were all meh on the pick. I told the wife I wish someone would turn their franchise around. I was hoping to see them move back and get extra picks or players somehow. They need help everywhere but a corner at 3. Come on' Man! -
I figured they wouldve try to do more because they need help everywhere. I know they moved on from Slay and that defense has struggled but Stafford could use a running game and better blocking(which kinda go hand in hand). I completely agree with adding elite talent when you pick top 5. Part of me would've like to see them acquire assets from the dolphins to get up to 3 but Tua getting hurt killed that possibility.

Being married to a Lions fan we were sitting there wondering why Okudah.. Corner at 3 seems hard to swallow but then again you just never know in the draft.

Gronk interested in coming back..to Tampa Update: Traded!
Mr. K replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The first thing I thought of was is Gronk losing the 24/7 title in one of the WWEs shows this week. Hopefully somebody puts him through a table and go down like many of the bills faithful have. -
Article: McDermott Concerned about PSE Dysfunction
Mr. K replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well, my take: You(pse employees) work for Mcdonalds. You have a manager(McBeane) you really like. The company lays you off during a pandemic (a little too specific but roll with it). Morale through the whole building would be shook as people would be worried about their livelihood being threatened. If that manager who talks about working as a team to get the right fries with the right burger and right drink to make the customer happy is watching these lay offs he has a in house perspective that can see negative and positive effects with all decisions. If McBeane thinks its a problem and is addressing it publicly its got to be a big problem. McBeane and Co. have been amazing with their none answers and having to check the film. -
What would you consider a successful draft?

No buffering -
He does hold the Bills record for longest TD reception.

(Assuming you to be a "man") Wouldn't you at least be in your own fantasy? Or is this a fork lift lifting forks kind of situation. -

EJ Manuel Reflects On His Career As The Bills Future QB
Mr. K replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When we made that pick I remember getting mad and thinking why are we reaching for this guy. After his time in Buffalo was over I never had any ill will towards the guy I just still ask myself "why did they reach for that guy" I know Nix needed to get that QB to get out of dodge but anyone thinking the guy was going to be a viable solution was wearing the blinders. I would agree with the sentiment that they are similar prospects when you look at the size and production in college but I think JA is the better player. At this point though JA is at the same level that Tyrod maxed out at(Productive enough to get to the playoffs, not good enough for a run). Keep ticking upwards Mr. Allen so we can forget about the Tuels, Manuels, Edwards, and Kolbs of our storied fandom. -
? Like I said married in! And we all have fun with it! My wife is a Lions/Tigers/Wings fan but cheers for Buffalo whenever we arent playing each other. The children are Bills/Sabres fans (I gave mom Michigan even though I'm a Syracuse fan).

Which running back do you hope the Bills draft and why?
Mr. K replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He should be available rounds 3-5 and i'd take him in any of those slots. -
Tre White - Best in the League?
Mr. K replied to Houston's #1 Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We got our own Bo Jackson. Just wait til Tre hits the Ice. You think if we put a fridge in his locker we can get him to stay? The Houston game was a team loss even though JA had a lot of ugly in the second half. Pay the man what he wants. He is awesome and entertaining. 85 mil for 5 years? -
Which running back do you hope the Bills draft and why?
Mr. K replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I've been throwing his name out there a while myself. I think he is going to be one of the best backs out of this class. He doesn't have Chris Johnson speed but he is fast enough to get it done, has pretty good hands, can make you miss or put you your back. He has carried the ball a ton and has not been banged up much at all. Watching him play the last couple of years (thank you college fantasy football) has been a treat because I dont think I would know him otherwise. This kid puts in some work and I really think he is going to be a good pro. Plus watching Herm Edwards coach always reminds me think that it is still true that you play to win the game -
For those that want a RB in the first few rounds
Mr. K replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think most 3rd-5th round picks are putting fans in the seats. I mean do you think that 2020 is going to depend on players from this draft? Building a team requires having talent across the board. Motor is good and could be special but after that do you want TJ Yeldon filling in for any imaginable reason. Its just adding talent and its only hypothetical at that.
