  1. No, not really. Bills have gotten a few good ones, as has the rest of the league.
  2. Haven't checked the interwebs lately for JF status, but is he still alive?
  3. He can certainly catch the ball, but YAC was the issue last year, was it not? Hindsight, of course, he's doing things that aren't necessarily consistent this year, even in his diminished state, but you have what you have.
  4. If Sing fumbles, I think that he will regroup. If Cook fumbles then it's a crapshoot. I know that I'm not giving the rook a chance, and I own that. Still, if you get a chance to do the little things in a game, I don't know, like catching a single pass, then do that. If you get a chance to have a carry, don't fumble. If you do those things then, as a rookie, on a comparably stacked team, you will get more chances.
  5. Yes, but Singletary is the vet. Plus this team is supposed to be SB bound, so Cook isn't going to get a lot of leeway. Unless he's lights out going into games, he's going to get what he gets right now.
  6. It's like that game from the 1990s SB years where Dallas faced Miami. Ugh.
  7. All one needs to do in spot duty is to (1) not fumble, and (2) to catch a single pass. 2nd rounder or not, you play yourself into games, our you play yourself out of them.
  8. Tom Brady will throw out his marriage on the sideline. Book it.
  9. Yup. Need another WR threat, and OBJ, given his weirdness, will not be exposing himself in the old HoJo pool, near Niagara Fails, anytime soon.
  10. He is allergic to YouTube, and he's sticking by that.
  11. Honestly, and I'm curious, but given 2021 Beasley, what would he be able to do for the Bills?
  12. Yup, tactical error on his part, win for us.
  13. Time to call OBJ, a guy who can actually catch.
  14. Oh, I guess that Hoyer is out now. Turn around a few minutes to roast some potatoes and brussels, and the entire thing changes. Well, shoot...
  15. Brian Hoyer. Can't believe that he's still around.
  16. To be clear, I wanted him to succeed. Now he's in CFL feeling sorry for himself, and it's more of the same. Godspeed to that guy, but where does he fit in the NFL? Why has his phone gone cold? I think that his body of work and personal conduct answers that for us.
  17. True, but who would trade for Cook? Not looking good for him. At all.
  18. Played a really good game today. Can't and won't complain.
  19. I'm going with fish sauce. What say you?
  20. If Jones is out for any length of time, and this player is their own weapon to remain respectable, again, why would they trade him? Dareus was toast by the time he was gone, and that's the difference.
  21. I know why. Because this team is set up to win. Losing close games put the team in a horrible spot last year, and I think that a number of us hope that it's not trending the same way this year. The season is young, but it's SB or bust at this point.
  22. No, no, the Bills don't fire anyone during the first half. Players just retire, like in times past.
  23. Yes, going back to the OBJ vs McCaffrey thing, maybe a quick butt dial for OBJ from Beane?
  24. The Giants are 3-1. Why would they trade this player?
  25. Either that, or you need backs who can work around that, or a scheme to work around that. Moss is slow. Cook is a non factor.
