I dunno....I have a hard time laying this on the coaches.  I saw an OL get whipped repeatedly.  And when they didn't, I saw Allen run out of clean pockets several times.  I saw Allen miss open receivers.  I saw dropped passes all over the field.  At some point the players have to execute.  You can't win a game from the sideline.

Allen was terrible today I agree. Dabboll also called an abysmal game to be fair so it's both

Jackson had a good game, nearly made a couple big mistakes but didn't.  But yes, the Bills defense did an excellent job keeping him from running all over them as he's done to most teams.  That's why the game came down to the final possession.

The D earned a win today.  Too bad the O couldn't hold up their end of the deal.   As good as the D played, the O played even worse.

i'm not angry that we lost, but the fact Dabboll had the entire game to make adjustments to the Ravens blitzes and did absolutely nothing

that is very worrying. I truly don't think he should be here next season. go get Jay Gruden and watch him turn Allen into a top 10 QB

I think we handle them like we did Dallas. Just dominate and take advantage of their aggressiveness. Allen and Daboll saw it today , learn from it.

Actually I see this being more like the Denver game. This D holds them under 10 points

Dabboll hasn't learnt anything all year lol

you saw first hand today how clueless he is. ravens send blitz from the first drive to the last and he didn't make a single adjustment to it. no screens, max protect, TE seam routes, quick slants.

Dabboll is so out of his depth at OC its embarrassing.

Lamar was bad today. The difference in the game was that he was less bad than Allen was, and had lots of short fields to work with.

how the hell was he bad

it was a below average day for him but thats not bad by any means. he put up 24 points and 3 TD's and did enough to beat a 9-3 team on the road.

You’re asking the wrong question. All trees, no forest. The more relevant question is :

What part of the season made you think Allen has the potential to be an elite quarterback?  Then the answer is obvious if you have been watching all of the games

I'll save this argument until the end of the season, I need to see him go into Pittsburg and clinch us a WC.

so far all he has done is beat up on mediocre teams.

Also... I am reading through this thread...

Trust me. Josh Allen is a future "Well Above Average" to "Elite" QB. I promise you (again as a Ravens fan) that I know a competent QB when I see one (aka they are on the other team) unless they are the 2012 Playoffs Flacco or 2019 Jackson. The best QB we had before them was Vinny Testaverde. Allen is an excellent QB. He has to want to be better; and the Bills need to continue building around him. If they do, he's a top 8 QB for sure. If they cater to him, he's more of a Steve Young type QB. It's up to coaching. The raw talent is clearly there. I know talent when I see it; considering that I know a complete black hole of talent when I don't see it at that position.

just curious what part of that game made you think he is a future elite QB

bc that was the worst he has looked since his rookie year
