  1. I think Tasker utilized his experiences gained over the years to his advantage when he entered the NFL. He was a Swiss Army Knife at Dodge City Community College, where he started out.....then became a record holding Kickoff Returner at Northwestern later on.....and even played Rugby for a while, so you know he was tough as nails as well. I think he always played with a chip on his shoulder, because a lot of people always told him that he was too small to play, but he proved a lot of folks wrong for sure. He had a tremendous work ethic, and also had a motor that never quit.
  2. What a fun running back to watch. Without Shady, we don't end our 17 year playoff drought. My favorite game of his that year was the week 14 snow game vs. the Colts. Without that win in 2017, we don't make the playoffs!
  3. Interesting.....I used to use this to take care of my migraines back in the day....It was about the only thing that would come close to relieving that pain.
  4. Wow! All that I can say is......It's about time they've addressed this situation.
  5. I should've taken that one Packers' fan offer to attend a game at Lambeau Field.....One of my many regrets in life!
  6. It's the final countdown......duh, duh, duh, duh.....du du du du du......my condolences to the music group, Europe. I was never that good of a singer!
  7. Our quarterback room is very impressive, and is improving by the hour. It's nice to have talented young players who want to be there!
  8. It's always great to have Linebackers who can cover, especially going up against the Chiefs and Patriots who utilize their running backs quite a bit in their passing game.
  9. All right....."Groot".....you the man! Let's Go Buffalo!
  10. Brings back memories! It was also really fun to attend the 25th Anniversary of that game at the home opener against the Jets, and to see many of the Bills' players from that game who made it back for the ceremony at halftime. Thanks for sharing!
  11. It will be interesting to see what happens come June 1st. I guess we'll have to wait and see this week about all the speculation up to this point, but it would be nice to upgrade some roster spots, or at the very least....add some more depth. That's the thing about the NFL....It keeps you on your toes, even in the off season!
  12. Hopefully after next year our ranking will jump into the top 3. Usually the running game is our strong point, so once we get that going again, it will be a different story.
  13. Chiefs and Bucs are the match-ups that I'm looking forward to seeing, and It's always fun to see the Bills on Thanksgiving, so how about that Saints game as well!
  14. Thanks for the reminder! Thurman Thomas was so fun to watch on the field. As a Kansas State fan growing up, it was very tough to see Thurman rumble all over the Wildcat defense, but as a Bills fan, I was sure glad when he came to Buffalo to play for the Bills! Happy B-Day Mr. Thomas!
  15. Great post and insight, Gunner. Thanks for the coverage.....very well put!
  16. I'm really looking forward to seeing what we do with our 2 picks in the 5th Round.
  17. To be able to look back and say that we had the best draft of all 32 teams!
  18. How about being from Kansas, and being a Bills fan for close to 40 years, living with Chiefs fans all around. We were able to go to see the Bills play the Chiefs in KC back in the Bledsoe era....wearing our Bills attire proudly with a sea of Red all around and fans screaming all sorts of stuff at us.....and then after being a Bills fan for close to four decades, finally being able to go to a Buffalo game at Orchard Park against the Jets during the 2017 season opener (the year we broke our playoff drought)....a dream come true for sure!
  19. He was a heck of a player, both in college and the NFL. He still looks like he could play a down or two. I'm glad for the Winfield's......just wish it happened in Buffalo!
  20. It's a sad day for sure. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was fun to watch on the field, and was as dominant as they come. RIP
  21. I wish it were a different ending this season, but the Bills will be back! I live in Kansas, and have been a Bills fan ever since I could walk, so I'll tune out all the Chief's chatter after this one......while I continue to wear my Buffalo Bills gear loud and proud! Until next time.....Go Bills!
  22. One of my favorite players of all time! Steve came a long way from starting out playing at Dodge City Community College to where he ended up. A great story for sure!
  23. I think it all starts with the overall atmosphere of Buffalo, and how the city has always rallied behind its teams. The players and coaches have embraced that feeling, and have all come together as a family.......and are now enjoying the ride together!
  24. Yep, you got to love it for all the Buffalo Bills (former and present).....It would be neat to see the reactions of all the Bills' family this time of year!
  25. It was an impressive showing.....especially when not many media outlets gave our Defense much of a chance against Baltimore. Way to step up "D".....Go Bills!
