  1. That's great news! Godspeed, Mrs. Pegula!
  2. It was great for today to finally get here. Thanks for the posts everyone, and get well soon (Simon)!
  3. Mine was probably from the season the Bills ended the playoff drought. The opening game that 2017 season was at Home vs. the Jets, and we won 21-12. This was the first Home Bills game that I ever attended, and at half-time of that game they honored some of the former Bills players from the "Comeback game" which was almost the game that I was about to pick for this instead. Go Bills!
  4. This was a tough one for me. It's quite the experience to actually be at the game in the stadium and with all the fans and the atmosphere....but that being said, I'm a lot more comfortable watching from home. I think everyone needs to experience the stadium scene from time to time though.
  5. That's so sad......way too darn young, indeed! Thoughts and prayers for his family, and R.I.P. Mr. Jones!
  6. I picked more.....I think we have solid backfield again, and just getting better.
  7. I've always thought that Steve Tasker deserved to be in. He dominated against the best, so I think he deserves to be considered one of the best, in my opinion.
  8. I'm looking forward to seeing his progress from last year to this year, and some of the things he's learned from training with Eric Moulds as well.
  9. Mine was probably Barry Sanders. I always thought he played the right way, and was very humble....not to mention very fun to watch. He grew up just a couple hours from where I'm from, and he's always donated back to his hometown. I wished that he'd played for a few more years, but at least he left the game on his own accord.
  10. Man, that's terrible news, and way too young for sure. It makes me sick to my stomach. Thoughts and prayers for his family during this time, and R.I.P. Mr. Jackson.
  11. Good call as always, Shaw66! Happy Independence Day as well! Go Bills!
  12. Happy 4th of July as well! Go Bills!
  13. I think you give him another shot to prove that he can return to form.....but just like any position, you need to have a contingency plan just in case....and might be a good idea to bring in some extra competition to see where your evaluation takes you.
  14. This one was a tough one for me. I might be going with my heart here, but I'm taken the "Over" on the 11 int's/ff/fr.....and the "Under" on the missed games. They both are obviously big time play makers when they're healthy, so there's my optimistic outlook for the day. Go Bills!
  15. I'm rooting for Von. Coming back from injuries is always a tricky situation....and I still hold out hope that he can have a productive upcoming season.
  16. My hope is that he doesn't have to rush for double-digit TD's, but I'm still taking the Over on this one.
  17. I'm looking forward to see they can all do collectively. I feel like it gives Josh more options to spread it around a bit more.
  18. That's awesome! Been rooting for her, so that's good to hear.
  19. I feel like we fortunate to have two quality tight ends......so since I'm hoping for consistency, I took the Over.
  20. I'm from Kansas, and I always wear my Bills hat when I go around from place to place. I have a Bills tag on my car, and wear Bills gear quite a bit. I remember a couple of years ago being in New Zealand, and we were waiting in a line of backed up traffic, so I got out of the vehicle for a minute to stretch, and some guy from about five cars back, yells "Go Bills" really loud, and so that was pretty cool. On that same trip, I also met a person who was visiting New Zealand, who was actually from the Buffalo area, and he was decked out in his Bills gear as well, so we had a nice chat. I also remember being in Hawaii a few years ago, and meeting someone at a bar and grill with his Bills hat on, so you see Bills fans everywhere.
  21. Being a longtime K-State fan, I was happy for Adrian Martinez. I also would've been fine if Wade Phillips was victorious, but either way it was fine with me.
  22. One of my top moments was when Steve Tasker was inducted to the Dodge City Community College Hall of Fame, and he asked my Dad who had been one of his teachers at that college to be his presenter and introduce him that evening. I took my son to that ceremony as well, so it was a really cool moment to be there to see my Dad standing up there with Steve, and having my son also there to witness the occasion. Later that Fall, Steve made it possible for us to go to our first Bills home game ever, and to see my son's look on his face in the stands is something that I'll never forget.....and we beat the Jets, so that was a plus.....Go Bills!
  23. That's a cool story. Good for him, and anytime you can make good on a promise to your Mother, that's always a plus.
