  1. I prefer 1360 - Lance McAllister is a pretty good guy. www.lance1360homer.com
  2. apparently you've got a beltway in FL too - I was referring to Interstate 275 circling Cincinnati, OH, which is where Stuckincincy and I both live.
  3. Meet you somewhere near 275 & 75
  4. I've got nothing better to do. Even if its not Bills related, its football news.
  5. haha...I wonder what the percentage is of NFL fans?
  6. Thanks for the reminder
  7. Ok...so who's in town right now? Buy that man some drinks...
  8. marks the beginning of the 2005 football season. I know that I'll be up, scouring the internet with ESPN News on in the background. Too bad it probably won't be until late tomorrow before TD and company makes their first move (like last year).
  9. Evidently, several people have dark settings on their monitors. The dark color is the navy that is currently used - the same color as the current home jersey.
  10. Boredom is setting in... As one of the few Bills fans that actually like the new style of uniform, I wanted to make a couple of changes that could possibly help please the majority. Among the changes are: - Completely eliminating the silver/gray ("nickel") from the color scheme - Going back to a late 70's style helmet, utilizing new color scheme - Addition of "charging bison" logo to sleeves, for a unique identity (no more "is that a giants/patriots jersey?") - Adding a 3rd, alternate uniform and helmet combo - exactly as worn during the Jim Kelly era - uniform to be worn AT HOME, annually vs. the Dolphins (or perhaps rotated vs. AFC East opponents) http://www.ucpikes.com/mike/bills.gif
  11. I would most certainly never watch football again if Takeo got traded to the f'ing Raiders.
  12. You are correct - it is a dry area. The best way to combat it, is to rent a chalet for the weekend and have a couple of kegs in the back of the pick-um-up truck.
  13. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge is beautiful in the fall - the Smokies are a great place to be when the weather changes. Pigeon Forge is a very "tourist oriented" town, so you'll find plenty to do. In my experiences, the best thing to do is go hiking and/or sit on the front porch of a private chalet and take in the surroundings. Then again, I'm not a big fan of crowds and/or tourist-y sh--.
  14. At first I thought he was dicking around, but I'm pretty sure that he was sleeping...funny stuff.
  15. Including me...I am a fan of the arts.
  16. As a "new" fan (fan since I was about 7 - back in '88), I tend to agree with you. I can see why the old timers prefer the AFC East...(I'm grateful that I wasn't around for the 70's)
  17. I'll never forget the article in Sports Illustrated after the RJ trade w/ the picture of him lounging in his Socal hot tub. Damn....lets hope the '05 Bills can do something - us fans have put up with a lot of sh-- in the last several years.
  18. I wouldn't mind getting Faine...a lot of the Cleveland fans that I know love this guy. It is no secret that our OL could use improvement.
  19. I'm always surprised (impressed? embarassed?) by the number of Zubaz pants that I see when I attend Bills games.
  20. After those Super Bowl performances, I'm amazed that my Jim Kelly Starting Lineup still has all of his limbs.
  21. Very nice - I just tossed my Drew Bledsoe bobblehead off of my 3rd story balcony, so a Willis figure would fill the void nicely.
  22. with that kind of speed, he would make an excellent addition to the Bills sideline....we need someone to quickly get the tee from the field after kickoffs.
  23. Are you kidding me? Why are you trying to stir the pot?
  24. Hadn't thought much about it til now...thanks
  25. what a friggin piece of sh--...i certainly would not want to be involved in a situation like that, but you can guarantee that I'd AT LEAST tell the guy to stop...not just stand there like a friggin kitty. god, thats disgusting.
