We could have signed Melvin Gordon for 1yr, $2.5 MM this offseason.
-
Same speed. Less agile but stronger. Both backups at best.
-
WIDE OPEN SPACE, tackled by the turf. Good lord please get Cook up to speed.
-
False start was the wind too, blew our linemen.
-
Awful play by Shakir. Awful.
-
Outstanding catch! Kid looks like a player.
-
You need to adjust your defensive game plan for the opponent. Can't be that inflexible.

This is why you blitz a rookie in his first start. Speed the game up. You don't let him sit back and run his plays on time. Get him uncomfortable.

They can't. Pipe dream. Sanu went for a 2nd rounder a couple years ago. -

Sources tell me Bills are tired of losing to Mahomes in the playoffs. Bills are trading for him to bench him. -

I have a source as well who says this is not true. We'll see who's right. 😆 It's our backs not the line. Would you trade two thirds and a second? Because that's what he's spent with picks for nothing (too early for Cook but early returns are non existent.) We traded our first for Diggs... so was that a bad trade? -
What's your all time favorite NFL play by play call?

Brett Favre INT vs Saints... "THIS IS NOT DETROIT MAN! THIS IS THE SUPER BOWL!!" haha greatest call ever. -
It's his fault, his whole career he's made spectacular grabs but can't make routine plays. He's run the 8th most routes of any TE in the league. Last year he ran the 8th most routes of any TE. He gets plenty of opportunity in the passing game. He's continually poor in yards per route run (32nd this year, 22nd last year, 31st year prior)... unless we are to say Josh is to blame? Just last week he pulled him arms back and gave the defense an INT instead of just catching the ball. I like Knox, i do, but he is a frustrating player. It's a long year lots of football to be played, but blows my mind how sensitive people are to any criticism of a guy that hasn't produced and recently signed a monster contract.
-
I think the point is more the entire contract was based on Knox growing as a player and getting better, there's not even remotely an argument that can be made he's presently earned this money. His contract is purely growth and protection. Early on this season we have gotten zero growth out of him especially when we need it most with Gabes injury. Long way to go but early returns are not good. It's a fair criticism, but long way to go.

Going to have to remain Pickett, Sackitt atfter this game.

This throw is so good, it deserves its own thread

He's an absolute monster. He's unreal. Buckle up and enjoy the next 10-15 years. -
Singletary was close to fumbling with seconds remaining

Well i mean he's a professional athlete, he better be able to hit a middle aged dude that sits at a desk all day lmao... The difference is I'm not playing Linebacker. The fact you actually need to compare this professional athlete against regular joes is an indictment against him. But just for pretend if i was on the field, of course he would crash into me at the line, because we all know he doesn't have the vision to take the cut back. -

And for a lot of people here they need to work on being able to be unbiased and critical of players and not worshiping them all. It's okay for fans to have an honest conversation about players, their traits, and performance. But for a lot of people they almost take things personally if a player is criticized. I honestly think the drought has a lot to do with people being either over-sensitive or dealing with such low expectations for so long that everything is amazing now even if it's not on the level of what a super bowl contender should be. -

Hey there Billy Bob, obviously we are talking about this 5'7" squirt in terms of an NFL running back, not a 51 year old going to get his Metamucil at the pharmacy. Go to bed. -
Apparently you don't keep tabs here, the amount of people that think he did not really decline but he was off the team for covud shots is overwhelming.
