Tre was injured last year, we knew he was going at be out half the year, that's on management/ coaching to account for it. One of our two 31 year old safties is injured. Shocking. Edmunds hurt, he's a suspect player. Rousseau hurt but we have spent his many 1st and 2nd picks on DLine?? We went into the year planning to start Dane Jackson. We drafted Elam in the first. We went into the year with them planned as our starters, that's what we decided to do.

Singletary is holding this offense back in a big way. Bottom tier athleticism, under sized, gets what he's given nothing more and sometimes less. No big play ability, his running style is not made for the NFL coming to a screeching halt to dance and juke just to get tackled from behind. Cook is a superior athlete, is not debatable its a tangible fact. Watching him run vs the Browns and Singletary is just eye opening how much more explosive he is, dude will be a big play machine if he gets playing time. Singletary is a drought era player which is why so many like him. Low athleticism, undersized, but high effort and an endearing personality. He's Coy Wire at running back. Singletary has no place on an explosive offense.

Romo just said it... the Lions are for real... with their 4-6 record and by far league worst defense 415 ypg, 26 ypg more than anyone else. Our coaching staff would be ashamed by the last 4 weeks. -

Defensive alignment gave them a free first down, no one near the center, just gave it away. He's so tone deaf to situational football. -

No one near the center, free first down, could see it a mile away. -
Tre'Davious White - when will he be ready?

Is he on the same timeline as the stadium renderings were? ... in Kansas City. -
Oh I agree I don't think cost was an issue deciding between the two, especially when you consider all the additional accommodations that winter weather and snow removal cause for the outdoor construction and i would totally believe the done could be cheaper at the end of the day as a result, but at least similar in price. The PPI will drop but it's been over 200 since April 2021, and we are building now and in immediate future. Inflation is here to stay for the next 12-18 months at minimum. Expect the FOMC to push to the Fed Rate to 6.00 next year, we'll see how high they need to go to make it happen.

Just fine with the roof constructions they have today, Minnesota is a great comparison, they used a material called ETFE, translucent and super slick. Check it out, I read about it last week during the storm when this topic came up, pretty cool. https://www.popularmechanics.com/adventure/sports/a19066/minnesota-viking-football-stadium-roof/

By "today's dollars" you are just talking basic time value of money, right? That's not applicable to stadium construction. The Producers Price Index (building materials/supplies) has increased from 120 in 2008 to over 200 since April 2021. I highly doubt Lucas would be under 1 billion given today's costs.
