I really can't watch any sports shows these days. It's mostly football and they all pick the top 3 or 4 storylines and beat them to absolute death. My week consists of some of the Thursday game, a little Sunday morning pregame, Bills game and some of the other games. Then drink myself into a coma! Rinse and repeat.

I see what you're saying. It's a tough balance to stay competitive and also ensure you continue to be relevant in the future. But teams have gone all-in in the past. It didn't work for Washington many years ago when they were still the Redskins. They traded for every high end player they could get. It did work for the Rams, however, a few years ago. The Bills have been close to that peak for a few of the past several years, but always seem to be missing that one thing, or 2 things to get them over the edge. We fans have speculated what's missing, but we don't know. The Bills haven't figured out what that is yet and they'll likely never know until it happens. I guess what I'm saying is if they were to go after the "shiny object" I'd be perfectly o.k. with it.

There's a much longer video of this that shows the officers body cam footage talking to Peacock for a good 10 minutes. I thought the officer was way too patient with this clown. He was trying to explain things he didn't need to explain. The dude should have been arrested for assault and what amounts to unlawful detainment, or something like that.

While I agree that Garrett might be too pricey for the Bills current salary situation, constantly doing things to protect the future has only gotten the Bills far enough to make the playoffs and win a playoff game or two. kicking the can down the road and no SB in 50+ years is giving me a real sour taste. At some point you have to live in the now! When will that be? Next year? 2 years? The old Bills fan mantra "there's always next year", makes me nauseous now.

I like the restraint, but there's a part of me that wants him to just blow that guy up.

Cooper! Hopkins had his chance a year ago. Don't blame him for going after the dollars, but the way he toyed around with his options was a little childish.

While watching last night, I was thinking where the heck is Cozens? I've barely heard his name in all the games I've watched so far. Zero goals 8 games in is not a good stat to start the season.

I think he'll be fine. The ball will be out of his hands in 1.2 seconds every play. That short passing game will not be sustainable. Especially if smart teams play press man almost exclusively.

Well, that was a wild season. Remember that time we won? That was fun. If I remember correctly, seasons were a lot longer many years ago.

When football and hockey seasons are in full swing, I quit a team just about every freaking week.

I have like five different flavors of mustard in my fridge.....so mustard.

But stay away from the Fettuccine Alfredo wings. Not good.
