    someone used the word "stagnant" to describe the overall state of the Bills in a similar thread earlier this week. Its the perfect word. Their are only two questions "'when did the staganation start"? and "what has to happen to make things fresh again?"

    The formula during the McDermott era is simple. Allen has one of the top 10 performances in the NFL in any given week, the Bills win the game. Allen is outside that, and the Bills lost most of the rest.

    the losses to the Texans and Ravens were also a real setback to be having a chance at #1 seed. -185 for the Chiefs with 12 games to go is quite remarkable.

    We never seem to do this. Brady was the master. mahomes is great at it. This may be the critical QB talent that does not appear in the stats.

    The good news is we now have 1 in row losing by less than 6. the bad news is that people don’t seem to grasp how many games of the 42 streak losing by less seven streak were actually winnable or basically won, then blundered.

    you must want the drought back This is because Allen is 100x better at his job than McDermott. It’s ridiculous to freak out over an inreception or bad game. This is true of every qb. Every head coach does not frequently botch end of game management. The expectation number of clock management screwups is zero from a high end head coach.
