    Green Bay got trounced in week 1. The Bills offense is not in top form through 2 weeks. One common factor for these two teams is that starters did not play much in pre-season games. Does anyone follow the entire league enough to have an opinion on whether or not playing starters in pre-season vs. early regular-season success (this year only, not historical perspective)

    I did not understand the original question to say it had to come from the OPs list of 4. our best players have not changed , they are in this order Allen, Diggs and White.

    Its not overthinking. As Josh enters his fourth professional season someone just made the observation that QB statistics rarely progress in a straight line. In Josh's case, I expect them to hockey stick further upward as he destroys all records and leads the Bills to a Super Bowl victory.

    The formula is not secret anymore. If Trubisky signs for even low end starter money with another team next year, the Bills are almost guaranteed a third round comp pick.

    A lot people hate math and logic. The question is value. Would you take 3 first round picks for Trubisky? Would you take one 6th round pick. Most people are probably somewhere between those two points. They question is where do you land. One possible answer is “this is too hard to think about, pass”
