  1. Another way to tell was watching a the Jets game. Rodgers was awful.
  2. In four seasons he has made the playoffs four times. The NFC championship twice and the Super Bowl once. Are you sure he is bad because this is not a good track record, more should be expected. Or not good per some “eye test”. OR something else?
  3. Andy Reid is generally viewed as tops, in large part to being 2-1 in the last three super bowls. Siriani went to two of those three and is 1-1. Where do you place him in the pantheon of current NFL head coaches?
  4. Many people seem to miss the point. No one is arguing that Worthy was good yesterday. A number of people are pointing out Worthy is one reason the Chiefs played yesterday and the Bills did not. This point is not arguable. It is factual.
  5. So far its not arguable. Worthy stepped up to help the Chiefs advance further than the Bills. Coleman did not. The future may change this. But the past is settled.
  6. I think we can agree, that none of the last three first picks, Elam, Kincaid and Coleman have not been huge contributers on the field. The pick prior to them, Gregory Rousseau had a decent year this year, but did not matter much for a couple of seasons. On the Eagles, Cooper Dejean and Quinyon Mitchell making meaningful contributions. Looking at the Bills, it just seems like one of two things must be true. A- The Bills coaches don't have a plan to incorporate the players into an important part of the team as rookies or B-They were not very good picks. Or a combination of both. I think the truth leans more towards A than B. I think this is potentially a meaningful handicap when comparing the top two teams each season to the top 8 teams each season.
  7. To be fair the Bills offense blew away the Chiefs offense in the 2024-25 season. The problem, from my perspective, is that the Bills don't draft guys they even expect to make immediate impacts. Kindcaid and Coleman still need "development time". Whereas the Chiefs seemed to think they could put the fastest guy in combine history on the field and make an impact his rookie season. Frankyly with the benefit of hindsight the Bills did not need Coleman or Worthy, it needed Cooper DeJean.
  8. To my eyes, it appears the Bills like to draft guys, that they hope to be worthy of a second contract. Some other teams seem to like guys who are going to significantly outperform their rookie contract costs. We will be trying to develop and grow Keon Coleman. Meanwhile guys like Zay Flowers, Tank Dell, and Xavier Worthy are likely to be used up and not worth a long term second contract. Rookies should be part of a "Win Now" strategy.
  9. You base on this on your assumption is that the goal is to win a championship. Yet the stated goals from Beane and McDermott are too "compete for the championship". These two things are similar, but they are not the same.
  10. There are restaurants with beautiful decors, attentive staffs who provide excellent service, and bad food. Changing the servers and staff doesn't solve the food problem. That needs a change in the chef.
  11. To trade for deebo with that contract, I would want Deebo and a second for a 6th from the Bills
  12. It turns out that for the past three years, the Kansas City Chiefs offensive line was funded by USAID.
  13. I dont even understand what half of them are selling.
  14. I would seriously prefer a Mariachi band.
  15. National media spends a lot of time discussion how Smiley is just not the guy to get the Bills across the finish line, even though they have Josh Allen on offense.
  16. these commericials are just awful
  17. Eagles didn't go left
  18. most depresssing super bowl ever. two hateable teams, and the bills should be playing.
  19. The USAID scandal is the worst scandal in US political. People supporting the people who stole from the taxpayers simply reveal themselves as pure partisan political hacks.
  20. Rams have been to the Super Bowl twice in the McDermott era, and had a team that beat the Bills this year, and fell just short of returning to the NFC championship game. Taking a serious shot, properly managed, does not mean crippling your team for the future. Rams ways has objectively been far more successful. And before blah blah blah NFC, Rams also did it with Jarrod Goff and Matthew Stafford, who are hardly Josh Allen
  21. The crazy thing is, to my eyes, the offense has actually been held back from its full potential to try to cover up for the flaws in its defense.
