  1. It was I think they will do. Convinced offense with the first pick and BPA at a position of need with the second pick. If Bergeron or Tippman are there at 59, it is very likley they are the BPA ahead of any defense needs.
  2. I think we go offense with both picks. Any of the five I listed (except Wright) plus Tippman or Bergeron would be transformational for the offense.
  3. Because Travis Kelce showcased that position as the dominant non-QB offensive player in the playoffs last year.
  4. During the regular season, the Bills were easily the best non-Redzone offense. They punted considerably fewer times than anyone else. The Bills were short of top tier in Red Zone offense (imo mainly mentally deficient OC work). But the player that moves the dial the most in the red zone, is the player that will have the biggest impact on the offense. Do you think there is any playcalling decisions made based on the talent on the roster?
  5. Kincaid is more WR than TE. Kind of like the early good version of Jimmy Graham.
  6. Bills don't seem troubled by taking players without prototype measurements. I am not saying I would pick Flowers. This is what I think the Bills will do though.
  7. The toughest part of projecting the Bills first round is knowing which 25 players will be picked before the Bills are on the clock. Barring a trade, the Bills will select from among these players, in this order, depending on who remains on the board: Dalton Kindcaid TE (despite no top 30 visit. No visit was needed. If Kincaid is on the board, very likely he is easily the BPA. Bill top 30 visits or private workouts with three other TE's. This is a position of interest to the Bills. Michael Mayer TE. If Kincaid is off the board and Mayers is left he will be the pick for the same reasons. Darnell Wright OT. If Kincaid and Mayer are off the board, and Wright is on the board, he is likely the top rated player left whom the Bills have targeted with a top 30 visit. Zay Flowers WR. If the top 3 players are gone, and Flowers is left, he is almost certainly the best offensive weapon left on board. Separation is 95% of what matters for NFL WRs and Flowers is arguably the best separator in the pass (Bills had top 30 visit with Flowers) Darnell Washtington TE. Bills had a top 30 interview with Washington. Likely in hopes of landing him in the second. But the Bills will be emotionally committed to drafting offense with pick 1. TE is a position of interest to the Bills, and Washington would be taken ahead of remaining lineman (assuming nothing weird like Broderick Jones being on the board still). Washington is one of one in this draft in terms of physical potential at the TE position. (Note Wright and Flowers will be targeted ahead of Washington, because they are far more likely to have 2023 impact. Long term Washington may improve more important.
  8. Your post reveals absolute total ignorance of Catholic theology.
  9. Admitting you don't understand something is the first step towards making the effort to understand. Good luck on your journey.
  10. Trading up makes getting Hyatt and Bergeron less likely.
  11. zero chance these three are available at these three positions. If you want two of these three, it will likely have to be like this: 1.Hyatt or Kincaid 2. Bergeron Even In the second scenario only Hyatt is "likely" to be there, there others "may" be there.
  12. We have learned from 1.0 and 2.0 that having 30 Bills fans drafting all the players they want for the Bills ahead of the Bills leaves the Bills without the players those fans would want when it is the Bill's turn to pick.
  13. I know, seriously that is the job of the officials, not the players.
  14. The chiefs had an OC. The Bills do not have a DC. McDermott is not simply calling plays. You don't find the evidence sufficient to prove a claim. Which is fine. But it is evidence. Just not proof.
  15. McDermott has successfully taken the first step to screwing Allen up.
  16. Yes. That is how the draft works. Thanks for your insight.
  17. The Bills already were the best or near the best at some incredbly important metrics. Wins - near the best. But the gap from Best to near the best is huge due to the playoff rules. The improved AFC East vs the previously highly over rated AFC West makes it unlikely the Bills will improve to the best record. Offense - Near the best overall. Fewest punts in season. #1 PFF rated QB. #1-3 by most meaningful statistical categories. There really is not meaningful room for increased production from the QB position. Point production was pretty solid too. I know we fantasize about winning games 41-38 (and we can), but there are only so many possessions in a game, and the Bills are pretty good already at turning possessions into points. Where the Bills ranked worst or near the worst last year was 1) translating regular season success into playoff success 2)injury luck. The only meaningful move the Bills made to address (1) is to become the only NFL team without a named DC. As a general rule novelty does not translate into success in the NFL. Hopefully injury luck is better. But the big four on defense, White, Miller, Poyer and Hyde all enter this season with a worse injury history than they entered last season. White in particular is a glaring potential giant success or huge dud. Last year the expectation at the beginning of the season was that White would come back, get a few games in and be the old great Pre-2022 Tre White. That never happened. White did not even flash glimpses of his old self last year. He he returns to pre-2022 form, that will be the biggest improvement on the team. If he stays at 2022 form, the team has cornerback problem.
  18. Its a small sample, but it is interesting to me that a sizable group of people on this board want the Bills to pick Jack Campbell, but no one will feel bad if we pass and the Bengals pick him.
  19. Who do hope the Bengals DONT draft with the pick after the Bills? Bengals are our new rivals, since we can't get by them. They own pick 28 right after the Bills. It seems inevitable some TBD posters are going to be sad that the Bengals picked the players they wanted the Bills to pick. This poll is to determine who you don't want the Benglas with the 28th pick.
  20. Superior coaching is an important part of the recipe. Rex Ryan isn't winning super bowls with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
  21. I classify Groot Boogie and Espenza as diffferent than Bruce Smith or Von Miller.
