    Josh is not playing great. Not clear we are giving him any chance to get in a rythym.

    he was not standing still on contact, strength is different than size. smaller slower weaker guys are not talking bigger faster stronger guys with "technique" on any regular basis.

    these guys all tackled great in college, when they were the bigger , stronger, faster guys. Technique is not great, but its not the bigger issue.

    We are exactly where we were at with Dorsey. Allen is clearly instructed not to run. Defenses figure that out. And it takes away our greatest edge. Brady became a genius after we fired Dorsey, because we freed Josh to be Josh.

    Josh gives Brady the ability to make the defend the whole field. not sure why he does not do that on most plays.

    Bills defense is like my golf game. I make a birdie and think "I am good at this", but then at the end of round i am an 18 handicapp. Bills just have a hard time stringing things together.
