It was “easy” in the sense that the Bills never made them deviate from their comically simple game plan. It definitely was not “easy” as in uncompetitive. BB could have been forced to abandon his strategy but Buffalo couldn’t do it. I think Bills get this one, but they’re going to have to earn it. New England doesn’t beat themselves.

Dude is washed. He completely lost his speed. Towards the end of last season he was declining and he fell off a cliff this year. Chiefs are loaded at CB and have no need for him even if he had anything left in the tank. I wish him well, but he’s done.

When the Chiefs needed to hit the gas, they scored 22 points in 9 minutes. Those three points didn't mean anything other than they'd have had to send it a possession or two sooner. They missed out on 9 and got 7. Let’s also recall that they had a TD except for an incredibly fluky play where the receiver, untouched, fell to the ground and concussed himself causing him to drop the ball. Outcome based judging is worthless. It’s amazing to me that so many people think that the key to knocking off the 5 time defending division champs is to play them straight up. Spoiler alert…it’s not. They didn’t lose because of poor coaching. They lost because a HOF QB coached by a HOF coach started making big plays to his HOF WR and HOF TE. It’s not the first time, and it won’t be the last.

This simply isn’t true. People like to rant about things they don’t even understand. Nobody is talking about the Chargers first TD drive when they passed up a FG and got the first down on their way to scoring a TD. That’s at least 4 points they got because of aggression and possibly 7 had they missed the FG. Similarly, nobody seems to care that the Chargers beat the Chiefs in week 2 by going for it repeatedly and stole a win. It’s easy to ignore the times it works and blaming him when it fails.

They won in Kansas City earlier in the season precisely because of his aggression. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. If anything, he should have been more aggressive at the end and gone for 2.

If Beane goes Guard - RB in the first 2 rounds he should be fired before making his third pick.

I have a very close friend who runs a couple of restaurants in KC that the Chiefs players frequent. (Several players including Mahomes and Kelce were there this Sunday after the game.) I was literally talking with him on Tuesday about how great all of the players are but the only two who ever cause problems are Jackson Mahomes and Brittany. Brittany is just kind of full of herself. Jackson sounds like a full on POS.

No, but that basically makes him untradeable because nobody is giving up picks for the right to pay him $13,000,000 for one season and then have him be a FA. Cutting him would make it all a dead cap hit. He’s a Bill in 2022.

Queen is the most overrated LB in the league. I don't think Edmunds is great, but the more I watch the more I think it's a function of the system he plays in. When you play a base nickel and your MLB is more of a coverage guy than a run suffer, he's going to struggle. Part of me thinks that they're willing to live with his mistakes because that's just the cost of doing business when you're running McDermott's scheme. Not everybody is going to be Luke Kuechly, so you do your best with a great athlete and know he's going to look really bad at times because you're asking too much of your MLB.
