Did Sean go too far calling out Mckenzie?
BeastMaster replied to Niagara Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall
Funny thing is I don't trust McDermott in many areas...number one being his in game coaching decisions. This guy is supposed to be looking himself in the mirror and thinking about what he can do to make the team better...not criticizing others. Punk move -

I never thought I'd see McD take a shot at one of his guys...especially out in public. That is not team...that's weak AF -

He did. Coach is cracking just like he did in the game, and now he's gonna be known for throwing players under the bus instead of putting it on himself -
A Few Thoughts about the Patriots* Game, in no particular order
BeastMaster replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
When your team has a glaring weakness that is a fatal flaw...teams will and have been killing them with it. -
I can't say they are that bad because the line gets no push and doesn't open up running lanes. The truth is I don't know because the run blocking is garbage.
-
If they didn't like it, then maybe don't give up 200+ yards to running backs?
-
Do you wanna be safe and never reach the mountaintop, or do you look for the coach that has that ability to go blow for blow with the best? I know they won't Doesn't mean it will end up being a good decision Since when is having an opinion such a problem?
-
Mark my words: this team will NEVER win a superbowl with McDermott as the coach. You can keep him and be a playoff team, or you can try to find the guy that has the coaching mind to truly match up against the top coaches you face and must defeat to get the trophy. I know what I would do. Unfortunately, I think management will stay staus quo.

Easy when the coaches you have faced over the majority of your career in the division are pushovers that provide no challenge. Hats off to you, Bill!

Every call McDermott made in this game was wrong Pathetic -
Conspiracies are actually really common and happen much more than most realize Go look up how many people, businesses, etc have been found guilty of conspiring. Whether it's to defraud customers or to commit other crimes, it happens, and it happens quite often. The people that use the "conspiracy theory" or "tin foil hat" labels are usually the same people that have been duped over and over again on numerous things, and have trusted news outlets and the like that have been exposed in recent years as being corrupt and pushing propaganda. The NFL has admitted they are entertainment in court, so I usually don't take these professional sports leagues as serious as I maybe once did when I was younger and more naive to how the global machine operates. Teams get pushed in certain situations, and that means others will be negatively impacted when that happens. Let's hope the Bills get their turn and we get to enjoy the fun and excitement which ends with us finally holding up the Lombardi. That's all anyone can do

This dude has no swag, no charisma, no character, and is about as exciting to watch QB as Trent Edwards was. His brand will never be more than a NE and small segments from Alabama
-
I don't think that this is as big of a deal as some are making it our to be. I like Tre, and he's got above average instincts and ball skills, but physically and athletically he doesn't stand out amongst many of his peers. The will shift some help Jackson's way and maybe play a little less aggressive in the secondary to mitigate the drop off in talent. These guys can still run with anyone when they are on their game

I could deal with the football talk, but the vaccine talk is the worst. People have been completely brainwashed and act like total jackasses because of this, and it irritates me to no end. -
Give Allen some credit for his play today
BeastMaster replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
I've seen this type of post from the OP before about our teams QB. It used to be Tyrod and how he's good even though we sucked and the team lost...now it's about Allen, but I have to say that I feel the same way I do now than I did then. BS I can give you that Allen was dealt a ***** hand today with drops and no help from the line or run game, but his interceptions were awful, and he was off target on other throws that might have changed the outcome of the game. Accept that sometimes the signal caller was simply not good, and don't create posts trying to prop him up and obsolve him from his part in the loss. -
Whoever the best LG in the league is Give up what you have to That's my trade

Dolphins @ the Bills - 1st Half Thread - Trick or Treat 2021?
BeastMaster replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
One of the most frustrating halves of football I've seen -
Mahomes has always been very fortunate in a number of ways...his luxury of weapons, the Andy Reid offense, and his obvious arm talent and ability to make plays when it doesn't seem like one can be made. I've always been curious if he is an elite guy, or is he more of a guy who has been labeled elite, but doesn't actually have the top level, elite QB mind that can sit back and pick you apart when matched up against teams of similar talent and skill? I'm not sure he's ever mastered the position. It's more like he ascended quickly because of all the luxuries and was labeled an all time great before actually proving it over time by outperforming his counterparts. He may be top level elite, but I have always questioned if he's been more fortunate than just better than the other guy's in that conversation. He sure didn't prove me wrong lastnight when faced with the challenges of a team on the other side that took away those advantages you normally enjoy.

I agree with this. Allen needs to be himself instead of trying to force things at the expense of making plays to help the team win. I'm sure he's being coached to stay in the pocket more and to not freelance as much. He will naturally progress into a more cerebral player, but it won't work if it's being coached into him.
