    Bit more of a home field advantage Decibel level of music and audio prompts (“It’s 3rd down!”, foghorns, train whistles, etc.) previously were capped at 75 decibels. Now, no limit. As always, it must be shut off when play clock hits :20, but teams hope to regain a bit of home-field advantage.
