what are you talking about? Read option is arguably his best trait as a QB. Did you not see him freezing Miami's entire defense last weekend? he did it well at the end of last season also. The problem is Dabboll refuses to use it. Imo if we don't let Allen start running more there is no way we beat some of these tough teams coming up and make the playoffs this year.

I think beating denver and then sneaking a win vs dallas on thanksgiving is our best hope. that way we only need 1 win between the steelers and jets. Baltimore is a nightmare matchup for us. best running attack in the league and a defense that feasts off turnovers. and we have never beat Brady in Foxboro.

I really hope we go uptempo all game vs the broncos. their fans say the defense really struggles with quick tempo offenses that get plays off quickly.

he is also very good at quick slants. his timing has really improved on these routes and we pickup huge yards everytime we run them which makes you question why Dabboll doesn't use the RPO more often. Allen froze the entire defense a few times using it yesterday but we hardly run this type of offense. this is why I don't believe our problems on offense are from Allen, its a system/scheme problem
