Depends on which Pats team shows up. If it's the one that went into Cleveland, then the Pats win will. If it's the one from Monday night, then probably not. While he is no Breece, Michael Carter is a pretty good back.

Sauce is the real deal. Earlier this year he did well going up against Chase and Burrow. Allen and Diggs will make plays, but Sauce will probably play them tough. Unfortunately, the Jets got themselves a really good corner.

Are the Sabres getting to be just as good as the Bills?
Greg S replied to Draconator's topic in Off the Wall
If I remember correctly all the teams that made the playoffs in the EC last year had over 100 points. I do think the Sabres are getting better. At worst they should be in the mix for a playoff spot but it's not easy to make it. They will need to take a big step up this year to do it. -
New York Yankees 2022....Aaron Judge sets AL record with HR #62
Greg S replied to BADOLBILZ's topic in Off the Wall
Have no idea. Maybe the reporter just asked about Boone. Have to think both are coming back. The real question here is will they resign Judge? He is getting a monster deal from someone. George would pay it but will Hal? -
Why do some Bills fans refuse to have confidence in this team?
Greg S replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
If you have been a fan as long as I have (the mid 1970's) then you would know why many Bills like myself have that "Charlie Brown trying to kick the football from Lucy" moment with this team. I think this will be the year. It is looking good but until they actually win one there will always be some doubt for many Bills fans. -
The correct answer to a question like this is... "Whatever benefits the Bills". In this case a NE win helps Buffalo. With that said. F*** the Pats and the Jets.

Hard to predict the Pats. They looked great at Cleveland and then lousy vs the Bears. The Jets D is legit but without Breece and Vera-Tucker the offense will struggle more than usual.
-
I hope he does well this week. Not rooting for the Pats but I would like to see the Jets go 5-3.

New York Yankees 2022....Aaron Judge sets AL record with HR #62

I doubt Cashman gets fired. Coming off a 99 win season and making it to the ALCS. Now if George were still the owner, then maybe but I doubt Hal will fire him -
Mac Jones starts vs the Jets. (14) Field Yates on Twitter: "Breaking news for Week 8: Patriots QB Mac Jones took about 90% of the first teams reps in practice today and will start for the team on Sunday against the Jets, per source. https://t.co/Gc2js6YabK" / Twitter

Eagles make big move. Trade for Robert Quinn
Greg S replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe he meant the NFC's best team. Philly is good but I think Buffalo and KC are better.- 90 replies

Dawson Knox trolls Fox Sports NFL on Twitter
Greg S replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
Both teams have the option to opt out of their lease after the 2025 season. I know the Jets tried to get a stadium built in Manhattan a few years back. Anyway here is the deal... The two teams formed the New Meadowlands Stadium Company, LLC (now MetLife Stadium Company), a 50/50 joint venture, to build and operate the stadium. The two teams leased the parcel of land on which the stadium stands from the NJSEA for a 25-year term, with options to extend it which could eventually reach 97 years. After the 15th year of the lease, and every five years, hence; one of the two teams may opt out of the lease after giving the state 12 months notice. The first such opportunity to opt out will occur in 2025 with a notice date of 2024. There will then be an opportunity to opt out in 2030, 2035, 2040, etc. -
Bills' Uniform on Sunday Night vs. Packers: Blue on Blue
Greg S replied to Never NEVER Give-up's topic in The Stadium Wall
IMHO the white helmet is better. The charging Buffalo stands out more on the white helmet. -
In keeping with the Neil Young theme...

Bills' Uniform on Sunday Night vs. Packers: Blue on Blue
Greg S replied to Never NEVER Give-up's topic in The Stadium Wall
Some teams post their entire uniform schedule before the season even starts. I know the Bills do it a few days before the game for the public, but I think they have to submit their home uniform schedule to the league before the season starts. Otherwise, how could some teams release their entire uniform schedule for the season if they don't already know what their opponents will be wearing that day. -

Bills' Uniform on Sunday Night vs. Packers: Blue on Blue

Same here. It's been a while since they wore the blue over white throwbacks. That is another uniform combo that looks great. -

I like it when the Bills wear white at home from time to time. For the home preseason games they should since it's hot out. For the home opener as well if it's a Sunday 1:00 game. Probably the only reason they didn't do it this year was because the home opener was MNF in mid Sept when the temps were cooler. I also like the white throwbacks at home once a year as well. After that every home game including playoffs should be blue over white. IMHO -

Worst Year Ever in the NFL for Overall Quality of Play?
Greg S replied to jethro_tull's topic in The Stadium Wall
They had both the Dolphins and Bills on the ropes and let those games slip away. I do think it will be KC at BUF in the AFCCG. -
You had student loan forgiveness. But that seems to have hit a roadblock. Legally I don't think he can do it. I think it has to pass in congress. But all he was trying to do was buy votes.

Bills' Uniform on Sunday Night vs. Packers: Blue on Blue
Greg S replied to Never NEVER Give-up's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wonder why they won't wear the traditional blue over white home look. At the end of the day just win the game. That is all that matters. -
Philly only unbeaten after Thursday. 17-0?
Greg S replied to 1onemangang7's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just think if the Bills could have made one more yard in Miami we would be having this conversation for 2 teams not just one. -
Who knows. Everyone knows not to trust the media. Every other day it's a red wave or a blue wave or this D is leading this R or vice versa. I ignore the news and just wait for the results from Nov 8th.
