  1. Someone mentioned to move the Bills-Browns game to MNF and then push the Bills-Lions game to Friday. You would still have 2 games on Thanksgiving with the Giants-Cowboys and Patriots-Vikings. Doesn't the league want to have a game on "Black Friday". Here is their chance.
  2. Well, the Steelers and Ravens played on a Wed when Covid was forcing games to be rescheduled so I guess anything is possible.
  3. Move to Detroit or push the start of the playoffs back so they can get the game in. Don't know if the league would want to do that.
  4. We just don't have a good enough OL to do that. Josh covers up a lot of their poor play with his ability to run and escape the rush. That is the main problem I have with Beane. I hope that he makes it a priority this offseason with the draft and FA.
  5. I said that as well, but I forgot they play on Thanksgiving. No chance the Bills play Monday and then play again on Thursday.
  6. I still didn't like the play call. You have 1st and 10 at the Vikings 20. More than 2 minutes left in OT with 2 timeouts. No need to force anything. They could run any play in their offense. Run the ball with Singletary or Allen. Throw a screen, or a short pass. Take what the defense is giving you.
  7. Not really a fair comparison because Reid has been doing it a lot longer. Reid didn't win the big one in Philly, and it took him a while to finally win one in KC. If you go off of Reid's first 5 years and McDermott's 5 years here, it's probably close.
  8. It is a collapse to lose when you are up 27-10 at home with just 1:51 left in the 3rd quarter. The Bills had no excuse to not close this game out.
  9. If these totals are true, then I would expect that either: 1. game gets moved to Detroit 2. cancelled and rescheduled at a later date. The problem is the Bills already had their bye. I don't know if the Browns did. I guess the league could push the playoffs back a week so the Bills and Browns get the game in. Probably not a bad idea as the teams get another bye before the playoffs start. You know everyone is hurting at that point so teams might welcome the idea. Don't know if the league would want to do that.
  10. If the snow totals are true, I think this game either gets moved (Detroit) or they cancel it and reschedule. The NFL had to do this sort of thing when Covid was an issue. I remember the Ravens and Steelers playing on a Wednesday afternoon a couple of years ago.
  11. Yes. That is the game I am talking about. But if it stops Sunday, I could see it being moved to MNF. Along with the roads, they would also need time to clear the stadium as well as the parking lot.
  12. It looks like it will stop sometime Sunday. I wonder if the league would move it to MNF. They have done it before with the Jets - Bills from a few years ago. Gives the area a chance to clear the roads and for people to clear their driveways.
  13. The way they are playing that might be a good thing.
  14. If it's going to be white all over the field, then maybe this is the game to wear the all-white throwbacks. They will blend in with the snow so the Browns can't see them
  15. Probably has more to do with Cleveland than Buffalo.
  16. Disagree. I think he would have an excellent shot. Especially against someone like Newsome. Unlike California people are moving to Florida in big numbers.
  17. Health will prevent him from running. My guess for 2024 is DeSantis vs Newsome. DeSantis better win because Newsome has turned California into a POS state.
  18. They better start. I do think the Bills will find a way to win this one, but I just have a feeling it's going to be very tough game.
  19. No because we don't have a good OL. The Bills are one of the worst teams in the league in short yardage situations. I would have kicked the FG as well.
  20. Take the points. Browns will control the clock running with Chubb. The Browns front four will pressure Allen making it a tough day for the offense. I do think the Bills will win but it will be close.
  21. I remember listening to an interview with Terry Pegula when they were both hired. Terry said both will report to him. He said Brandon has final say on shaping the roster (draft/FA) and McDermott has final say when it comes coaching the team (practices, game day decisions, who plays and who doesn't stuff like that). I guess it would be Terry's call.
  22. I'm just hoping they get to 7-3 with a win over the Browns.
