  1. Or Steve Dangle (Maple Leafs fan). Watch any of his you tube videos. He goes off on the Leafs a lot especially when they aren't playing well.
  2. It's tough to win divisional games since they are usually hard fought, and the teams are very familiar with one another. With the Bills receiving all of this media "love", you know the Pats, Jets, and Fins are going to be extra motivated (especially the Pats) to beat the Bills. Even the Bills teams of the early 90's struggled to sweep the division.
  3. 6-0 in the division is a tall order. Even during the dynasty years the Pats usually had a divisional loss (at Miami mostly) most years.
  4. Old school - Joe Cribbs. He was the "Thurman Thomas" of the early 80's Bills. Super Bowl years - Bruce Smith. One of the best ever. Post Super Bowl years - Kyle Williams. Played on some bad teams but was proud to be a Bill who loves the area.
  5. With the Pats starting to decline they will go back to being the 4th banana in Boston behind the Sox, B's, Celtics.
  6. The only game here that I think will be really tough to win is at SF. The other three are all winnable. I would settle for 2-2 at minimum but 3-1 is realistic. Last year it seems the Hawks had to rely on Wilson more so than in years past. They don't have the legion of boom anymore. That game will be in Buffalo as well. Hopefully its a 1:00 start as that usually gives WC teams trouble.
  7. Two things with the offense 1) the OL needs to improve in pass protection and 2) Allen improving obviously. At the skill positions the Bills are loaded so if these two things happen then top 10 should be a given with a shot at top 5.
  8. Tougher schedule along with a tougher travel with multiple WC games but I have the Bills going 10-6.This is a good football team who will win the division.
  9. Bills go 5-0 here and were the only undefeated team in football after this win.
  10. Having the Bills legends help out the current team can only help. Obviously the team will listen to the coaches but these former players can provide valuable knowledge playing at the NFL level. Their opinions carry a lot more weight then yours or mine as they played this game and did it successfully. Kelly passing along his knowledge to Allen about reading and understanding defenses. Jim is a HOF QB so I think his opinion matters. Bruce one of the best ever helping AJ playing on the DL is a great benefit for him. Kyle was already helping at training camp last year and the players said he helped them tremendously.
  11. They won't be able to avoid it this year. Many of the "experts" have them as the favorite to win the division. My guess is when the schedule comes out they will get two primetime games as well as be the national game on Sunday afternoon quite often.
  12. The Chiefs being the champs and the Ravens are the two teams that the Bills will have to get by if they want to win the AFC. I am glad they get the Chiefs at home though. Win that game and that gives them the tiebreaker if it comes to that. Hopefully the Bills can win the division and get a home playoff game before worrying about the Chiefs/Ravens.
  13. https://forums.jetnation.com/topic/151849-jets-have-he-worst-roster-in-the-division-by-far/ From a Jets board. They are reviewing the rosters of the AFC East. Some posters are realistic others delusional. A poster named SAR should just be read for comedy relief. I don't know what football he watches but it isn't the NFL that is played on planet Earth.
  14. Its hard to say if the schedule will be tougher. On paper it does look tougher but when factor in injuries and teams that you think will be good end up having a down year. On the flip side teams that you think might be bad end playing well. The Bills IMHO have the best roster in the division. I also think their will be a season but a good chance without fans. Who knows at this point.
  15. Lets be honest. It's not just Allen and Daboll who are under the microscope. The entire team is. First time in a long time the expectations are sky high in WNY. Winning the division is expected. Going on a playoff run and possibly winning the Super Bowl is a realistic goal this year. Pressure will be on the Bills big time this year.
  16. If it wasn't for the Sunday ticket I would have dropped them. Agree with you on their customer service going to **** with AT&T.
  17. Draft one. Shady is done or close to it at this point.
  18. Would love to see them add another playmaker on offense to go along with Diggs, Brown, Beasley, Singletary. Beane really has done a good job in getting help for Allen. I would expect that continues tonight.
  19. Agree that this is a big year for Allen. Year 3 is usually when QB's "get it". The problem is this wont be a normal offseason. Most likely no OTA's, mini-camp, rookie camp. With practice time reduced I hope this won't hurt JA going into year 3. All of these draft picks will have a tough time get ready and making meaningful contributions for their teams at the start. Good thing the Bills roster is set so whoever we draft can be eased into the season as opposed to say the Bengals Burrow. He plays the hardest position and is already the face of their franchise. Good luck in learning the offense (systems, schemes) developing chemistry with your teammates with very little practice time.
  20. I didn't get the e-mail either. I have been a Directv customer since 2001. Living in NJ the Sunday ticket is needed for me to watch the Bills.
  21. https://nypost.com/2020/04/23/nfl-mock-draft-6-0-giants-jets-hold-line-tua-tagovailoa-drops/ From today's NY Post. 1st Round predictions.
  22. From a Bills perspective the back to back AFL championships in 64 and 65. From a league standpoint it's the 72 Dolphins.
  23. I thought if they restart they would go right into the playoffs. They can't finish the 82 game regular season and then have the playoffs. Playoff teams would be based on winning percentage over points since teams haven't played the same amount of games. For example the Blue Jackets are one point ahead of the Isles for WC 2 but the Isles would make the playoffs over the Jackets because they have played 2 less games.
  24. This game right here is a good example of Ferguson's ups and downs. He and Frank Lewis made some big plays in this game but he threw some terrible INT's. Bills win of course but the score was much closer than it should have.
