I think the Bills have an advantage here as the core group has been together a few years now. Also McDermott going into year 4. With so little practice time this off-season I think teams that are used to playing together in the same system/schemes will have a huge advantage.

Yes but that was one game. If I remember correctly that was the first time the Bills wore white at home in 25 years. When Rex became the Bills coach then the Bills started wearing white at home (at least early in the year) on a more consistent basis just like the days of Knox in 80 and 81.

Big market teams that bring in high ratings will always get primetime games. The Giants coming off a 4-12 season and who have been crap for a while now have 3 primetime games this season

For some reason Mosley gets fired up more for the Bills than any other team. I live in NJ so I get all the Jets news. Last year he mentioned prior to the week one matchup how he hates us. Says their is a lot of trash talking between the teams. He gave the whole "we hate them and they hate us" speech. When its Pats or Dolphins week their isn't a peep out of him at least not on the level that he talks about the Bills.

The whole wearing white jerseys at home really started with Rex at least early in the year. Before that the Bills never wore white at home until you went back to the early 80's with Knox. The Bills mix it up so much that they really don't have a home jersey/combination anymore. It seems early in the year starting with preseason it's white jerseys with the end of the year going with all blues or reds. Middle of the year is blue/white with an all white throwback thrown in.

I just put it out there because we play them twice and in week one. Its also May and we have no sports at all. When we don't play them then I don't care about them either. I live in NJ(Jets/Giants territory) so I get all of the Jets/Giants news.

If Allen and Darnold both reach their potential then this will be a Kelly/Marino situation all over again. Jim and Dan were/are good friends but both were competitive as hell. It made for some great Bills-Dolphins games. Maybe the same happens with the Bills-Jets.

If w can get the same kind of defensive performance from week one last year we win this game easily. Remember a few things: 1. The Bills QB is Josh Allen 2. Josh Allen is very bad. Contain Allen and force him to make plays out of the pocket, 3. Greg Williams is very good. 4. Our defense is very good. 5. Our QB will not be playing with mono. 6. Our offense only needs to be slightly terrible to have a chance of winning. We start 1 and 0 and on September 14 I expect to see many we are going to the super bowl threads on this forum. Division game at home is a must win in my book. The Bills will win it. The Jets won't be playing in Buffalo against the backups this time. Now for the question on everyone's mind what uniform combo are the Bills wearing

Last year Bills at Jets week one. This year Jets at Bills week one. Also a couple of years before that Jets at Bills week one. It seems as though the league like these two to open the season against one another a lot. Same way the Giants and Cowboys play week one a lot.

Wait till you see what the Giants get. They have been a ****show for the last 7 years. I bet they still get at least 2 prime time games.

If the Chiefs host the Texans week 1 on TNF then doesn't that kill the rumor of NFC vs AFC weeks 1-4.

I wouldn't call a win over Seattle especially at home an upset. Wilson is a great QB but the team overall isn't what they used to be. Besides the Bills are ready to put on their big boy pants and start smacking around the tougher competition.

To add on to what you mentioned it would also shorten the offseason for the 2021 season. I hate the Monday after the Super Bowl knowing we have 7 months until the next regular season game or 6 if you count preseason.
