  1. I am sure many Jets and Dolphins fans will be watching with extra interest tonight. Just like Bills and Pats fans will do the same for Jets-Vikings and Dolphins-49ers on Sunday. The AFCE is a dogfight right now.
  2. No, the guy is done. If he wasn't nuts, then yeah but we know that isn't the case.
  3. It's a shame he F***ed up his life. He was a very good receiver during his playing days. If he wasn't a headcase the Bills could sure use his receiving skills to go along with Diggs.
  4. Dallas has the easier path to the Super Bowl. Their main competition is the Eagles and Niners and that's it. They just smoked the Vikings 40-3 and Tampa isn't really that good even with Brady. The Bills have a much tougher road in the better conference.
  5. I could see his point. I am sure he was thrilled with how the Jets-Pats game ended with NE winning on a punt return on the final play of the game. The fact that NE struggled to beat the Jets when Wilson went 9 for 23 for 77 yards is alarming. A QB plays that bad you should win the game pretty easily. The Jets D is good, but they aren't the 85 Bears. No reason for NE's offense to struggle that much.
  6. Exactly. I have no sympathy for them. I paid off my loans. I certainly didn't expect the taxpayers to pay off my debt. Let's call it what it really is. Transferring the loan to the taxpayer as it would never be cancelled.
  7. Everyone knows it was never about cancelling student debt. Biden doesn't even have the power to do that. It was about getting votes during the midterms and the sheep fell for it. Time for those who agreed to pay their loans to start paying. That is what responsible adults do.
  8. That would hurt Jones more than Allen.
  9. I was checking out the Jets forums. Somewhat mixed as they don't know who to root for tonight.
  10. I bet many Pats fans 40 and under wouldn't know who Steve Grogan, Irving Fryar, or Andre Tippett are.
  11. I hope you are right I really do. I just think this will be the Detroit game all over again. By around 11:00 tonight it will be crunch time. The Bills either win a close one or lose a heartbreaker. I like your scenario much better, so I hope I am wrong. LOL. I just saw what "I did there" but I really didn't mean it that way.
  12. I think this is offseason where Beane finally addresses the OL. Josh can't continue to be the team's leading rusher. They are also one of the worst teams in short yardage situations.
  13. When their team really declines (probably when Bill isn't there anymore) those "fans" will disappear. The Pats will go back to being the 4th wheel in that market. It's a Sox town and even the B's and Celtics have more of a hard core following.
  14. The OL has been a problem for a while. I thought our WR corps would be better than they have shown. Diggs has been great, but the rest have been average at best. Either way Beane is going to have improve the OL this offseason and bring in another playmaker at WR to give Diggs some help. For this season the only option is to sign OBJ. Injuries have also been a factor but you can say that for every team in the league so that is no excuse. Just a reality that every team could face.
  15. NE is home. They have a good defense. Even in wins recently the Bills haven't looked all that great. This is a must win for NE. At 6-5 they can't afford a loss. 6-6 will make it very tough for them to make the playoffs in a strong AFC. You know that saying about "an animal backed into a corner has no choice but to come out fighting". Well, that is NE tonight and that makes them dangerous. I think tonight's game is going to be like the Detroit. It won't be decided until the very end. Let's Go Buffalo.
  16. This is true. Then 10 days to get healthier for the Jets.
  17. He has had two major injuries. He is also a bit of a diva/head case. I have no problem with the Bills signing him for this year only. I would pass if he wanted a multi-year deal. Let Beane improve the WR's core in the draft/FA.
  18. 9-3, 9-3, 9-3. I don't care how they do it. Win by 50, win by 1 just get to 9-3.
  19. Compared to last year's 100 MPH wind game in OP tonight's weather will feel like 70 with no wind.
  20. I hope the Bills wear the all-white throwbacks at home this year. At that site if you look at the Dolphins-Bills game you see its blank for both teams. I wonder if the Bills break out the all-white throwbacks in that one. The other home games against the Jets and Pats show both of those teams wearing white jerseys. So, the Bills will be wearing a dark jersey (hopefully not red) in those games.
  21. That is probably the best game CBS has that day.
  22. Dallas does have an easier path to the Super Bowl. Eagles, Niners are probably their toughest competition. I would mention the Vikings but 40-3 happened. Bucs if they win the division. You can never count out Brady, but I think the NFC is between the Eagles, Cowboys, and 49ers.
  23. RIP. Fleetwood Mac is a great band. She was a big part of it.
  24. It's more of a must win for NE but 0-3 would not be good. Bills will have to sweep the division at home if they lose tomorrow.
  25. Not surprised. I think this will be a FG game. Similar to Detroit where the outcome is still in doubt late into the 4th quarter. The Pats are 6-5 and in a tough AFC their backs are against the wall. They fall to 6-6 they can probably kiss the playoffs goodbye.
