  1. That was a fun movie to watch. Some big names on that festival with the Grateful Dead, The Band, Janis Joplin. While the footage of the concerts was good it was the stuff on the train that was really fun to watch. Like when they stopped the train in between stops because they ran out of booze and bought out an entire store of alcohol. Then on the train you see a completely wasted Rick Danko, Janis Joplin, Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir playing and singing drunk off their asses. The parties on that train had to have been legendary. Weir even commented that they achieved "lift off" on the train because of all the psychedelic drugs they took. One of the other musicians on that festival said it best..."Woodstock was for the fans but the Festival Express was for the muscians."
  2. Yes. We have a winner.
  3. Those three you named would be good choices. If the Pegula's decide on one of them it might be a good idea to hire them ASAP. This season is lost but they would have half the season to evaluate the roster which would help them get a head start on fixing this mess for the 21-22 season.
  4. Wouldn't she have a better time trolling a different fanbase? She could say " Something major is brewing between the Texans and Jets. Jets fans are going to be extremely happy with this". Then sit back and laugh. I think we can all agree if any fanbase deserves a good trolling its the green and white fanbase of NJ/NYC/LI.
  5. Here's a clue - musician, guitarist.
  6. For us Bills fans I think it will end up like this.
  7. I doubt any part of the NFL schedule is done. The schedule usually comes out around the 3rd week in April.
  8. Maybe she is talking about the Bills wearing white for the home opener again which will have the Bills should always wear blue at home crowd crying again.
  9. Goes to a probable playoff team and being coached by one of the best in hockey. I could see Hall finding his scoring touch. Right now the Sabres situation is just bad and depressing.
  10. Somewhat Sabres related. Isles Anders Lee is having surgery today and is lost for the season. Lou Lamoriello met with the media this morning. With the trade dead line April 12 he mentioned that they need scoring. They needed it even if Lee didn't get hurt. Taylor Hall was one of the names mentioned. Good chance the Sabres phone will be ringing and it will be Lou on the other end of the call.
  11. Allen has some nice weapons here and he is only getting better as a QB. I think the Bills offense will be better this year assuming no serious injuries. I would expect Beane to focus on D when its draft time. 2021 is going to be an exciting season no doubt.
  12. The Bills have other needs than LB. This is moot anyway. No way the Jets trade him to a rival. If they did they would make the Bills pay thru the roof. Beane would probably laugh at their asking price anyway.
  13. I would disagree with this. Look at the Isles with Barry Trotz. Talent wise on paper the Isles are OK but their are other teams that have better rosters. Trotz took them to ECF last year and has them in 1st Place (so far) this year. Coaching does matter. I agree with those who suggest the Sabres need to bring in an experienced hockey man to run the show. Let them evaluate the GM, HC, players, scouts, everything and make the necessary changes. It's what the Isles did when they gave total control to Lou Lamoriello and look at them now. The Pegula's have gotten it right with the Bills but they are failing miserably with the Sabres.
  14. The article states Wilson has a no trade clause and he will only accept a trade to four teams (Bears, Saints, Cowboys, Raiders). Dallas is out since they signed Dak. According to the Daily News the Bears are the favorite for Wilson and Carroll likes Darnold which is why we will hear Darnold to Seattle assuming Wilson gets traded.
  15. When Bills tickets go on sale I bet they sell 60,000 seasons easy. If they don't cap it then it will probably be more. The Bills will be sold out for the season before the season even starts. Why should fans spend their hard earned money to watch a mess. The Sabres don't deserve fans to spend money on them. The Bills do.
  16. nicole esther on Twitter: "Robert Kraft spending money like he’s at a massage parlor." / Twitter
  17. Ian Rapoport on Twitter: "Former #Lions first-round pick LB Jarrad Davis has found a home: Source says he’s signing with the #Jets on a 1-year deal for $7M. Nicely done." / Twitter
  18. If this was 10 years ago absolutely. In 2021 I would hope the Bills could do better.
  19. Even though we resigned our starters I could still see Beane looking to improve the OL with the draft.
  20. With the Pegula's already giving contract extensions to Beane/McDermott I think its safe to say(hopefully) that the Bills have turned the corner and better days are ahead. The Sabres I don't even know where to start with them as they are a disaster.
  21. I am thinking Singletary or Moss. I think Beane will put a priority on upgrading the lines on both sides of the ball. It's great watching Josh throw the ball all over the place but they must do a better job running the ball. Better OL should make for a better run game.
  22. Looks a little like Paul Benedict from Matthew Broderick's movie "The Freshman". He was guy the who played his film professor.
